Arrived at 6pm with a mobile order that was ordered 15 minutes before. Was told they had no cookies (ordered 3) and no beignets (ordered the set of 3). They offered 2 apple pies. Fine okay. Got to the window and they gave us our drinks and told me to pull up. A few minutes later, one of the girls comes out and tells me to pull into a parking spot. Okay. Over 20 minutes later, they finally came out with my food. Slowest fast food we've ever had. I understand being short staffed and all, but this was bad. And they were so rude the whole time.
So I must say I’m a frequent visitor here, what can I say I love fried chicken, but last visit the chicken was not great, very rubbery, I’ll give em another shot since this isn’t the norm, the biggest complaint I have is when placing order at drive thru when I am ordering multiple items they always stop me in mid sentence and ask what kind of sauce I want, I stop and tell them, but guess what, it is NEVER in the bag. Fix this and ya might get an extra star or two
I went to this location this evening and ordered 2 meals... When I get all the way home I find out 1 of the meals isn't in the bag... I drive all the way back and am told sorry... No compensation or anything... Training needs to be done at this location especially in what to do when they mess someone order up... Also on almost every other occasion coming thru drive thru I'm asked what type of dipping sauce do I want... When I get home they are never there... Why even ask if u not gonna put them in bag... Tonights mistake was it for me tho... I had to drive all the way back with no type of compensation on their mistake.... McDonald's next door... I will give them a shot..
Went inside thinking it would be faster, NOT. Got home and my chicken was stuffed in the box so tight my biscuit was crumbs.
The service is terrible most of the time, you ask for dark meat & you get white meat, they'll hide it underneath the dark meat so when you get home you don't know that half your box of dark meat is actually white meat. For some reason for them to be a chicken spot they never have chicken.
Love that chicken from Popeyes! We get the chicken sandwich and fries and they are fresh every time. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. The wait time can sometimes be long but that is when they are packed. As long as the food is fresh, which it always has been then it's worth the wait.
Went through drive thru at Spring Mills location. Ordered food and was asked to park due to waiting on chicken.After about 20 minutes of waiting and seeing other customers that were parked AFTER me receive their orders I was able to flag down an employee.I was then told they only had 1 fryer working and were short staffed.Ended up being another 10-15 minutes before finally receiving my order.

It was nice experience i called ahead to pickup my order very easy excess to exit 20 on I-81.I'd definitely come back again at this location just not because of the taste but only for fantastic customer service .The staff members are very friendly and helpful also very energetic. I would definitely recommend this location to my all friends and family members..
My wife just waited 50 minutes.Got the run around twice.Had to wait again in line to get a refund before they closed.Kids in the car the entire time.Will not be returning. Poorly run business. Shutting down early waiting for quitting time. The manager should be embarrassed.
