Ordered over $100 worth of food, supposed to be 55-65 minutes for delivery. Showed up 2 hours later and the driver had the wrong food, dropped ours off at the previous house. They remade our order and it arrived 1.5 hours later. They wouldn't do any sort of refund, only a $40 credit to my phone number for next time we order. So in total we had 15 people starving after a 3.5 hour wait. Also, the first time I called to tell them about the mess up I was on hold so long that it transferred to a call center somewhere else!
After being put on hold for over 15 minutes, they dumped my call. So I called back only to get a girl with a very bad attitude. So now I'm into this 45 minutes by the Tim I place my order... They tell me it's gonna be about 45 minutes. One hour an 15 minutes later I called back and IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT YET !!!!
We ordered our food online at around 8:09. We knew it was busy and the online tracker said it would be here by 9:10. Well we waited till 9:30 and still never got our order. We called the store to see what was going on and the person was very rude! We waited a little longer and our order was cancelled and we never got our food! It is now 10:46 and still no pizza! And on top of that i have a very hungry toddler who was waiting for the pizza too so i ended up making him something else. Very unacceptable not happy at all!

Send help to this store location. They were WAY over there heads. 8 people waiting for orders that did not process correctly. I finally asked to have my order cancelled and went to Little Caesars. Can you verify that I got a refund???
Went to place phone order. Girl on phone only working for 4th day. No idea about menu items, size or how to put order into system. Why have this newbie handling ordering????????Got to store to pick up and questioned why total was so large and after manager got involved was told because I didn't give them the coupon code. Funny since nationwide ad doesn't, web site doesn't and guy behind counter couldn't find out for me.Will NEVER go back!!!!! Would give negative if possible.
My pizza was picked up on time but the cheese was dried up and seemed like the pizza was not fresh. I had ordered two stuffed crust pepp. pizzas.
I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and it said 120 minute delivery but got it over an hour early. It was a nice surprise!

Delivery said like 95 mins and would be here at 5:25. Fine. No knock, no ring, no text, so I go into the email and check my status that said “on the way”. Finally at 5:30, we looked and the pizza was outside hard and freezing cold. It had clearly been out there for a long time. Very disappointing. Something was way off somewhere. $45 down the drain.
