I have tried calling the martinsburg store and I can not get threw.Im very disappointed.I always order from them
Rat foot was found in food. GM not worried about it. Compared situation to finding a hair in your food and said a few months ago someone thought they found a fake nail in their pizza but “it was just a piece of plastic”
Not only did we not receive our order but the store blamed it on a glitch with their ordering app. They tried to convince us to order again and that the original order would be refunded to us.. we didn’t re-order, we came home and since we didn’t want to take the chance, we called the 800 number to confirm our refund. They then told us our order was in fact at the store for pick-up.. when we tried to call our local store they refused to answer after 7mins of multiple attempts. We were just there, we knew they weren’t that busy. They just weren’t answering. We now have to wait for corporate to approve our refund. Papa John’s has lost our service. Just ridiculous.
Embarrassing quality for the prices. The "6 cheese" cheesesticks were as dry as sawdust (where was the cheese?) and the boneless chicken poppers had clearly been sitting out awhile (hard and chewy). The only decent item was the stuffed crust pizza and even that left much to be desired. $45 later and I'll be sticking with Dominos from now on.
Jamie sounded very helpful when I called but something went wrong in the follow through. I’m outside of the delivery area so I had to use Door Dash. I asked Jamie to help me get the crust I wanted since Door Dash didn’t provide an option, and Jamie assured me I could have the regular garlic crust instead of the thin crust his system defaulted to. I posted a 5-star review touting excellent service but am now changing it because I received a thin crust pizza with no flavor on the crust. I appreciate how nice Jamie was but am still disappointed because my husband only ate one slice and tossed the rest since it wasn’t a good crust. Jamie did send an extra garlic cup which was great. Next time I’ll order through Uber Eats or pickup.

Tried to order online but there was no way to submit my order after putting in all my info. Called and ended up with someone in India. The person tried to sell appetizers but never asked if I wanted a drink. I guess I'll choke down the pizza.
Alright. So I've ordered here for years but for the last 4 times, I've ordered I've noticed a severe lack to detail. I always order well done because but now they aren't even cooking it well done and it's getting annoying. Please fix this.

This has always been our favorite pizza. Something has changed. The crust isn’t very good, and the sauce is worse. It is very expensive, and just edible. Little Caesars was much better this week and 1/3 the cost. No more Papa John’s for us for a few years. Maybe they will improve…
