This panda express is consistently AWFUL. I mean AWFUL. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes any time of day. One time I was the only car at the drive thru and waited 45 minutes. Today we ordered ahead thinking pickup would be easy. Y'all no one answered the drive through. We waited 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES and were ignored or told to wait to be handed our food. Like we watched it sit, bagged and ready, and were told we couldn't have it. Oh, and it was BURNED when the person finally deigned to hand us the bag. It's been getting progressively worse here the last few years, but this is the last straw.
This Panda has a DRIVE THRU!! ? ?Im not hard to please really. If you have nice employees and food as good as like typical Panda standard im more than happy. But as someone with three kids, the drive thru is a game changer. This specific location has officially made all of my Panda dreams come true!!! ❤?
They should really be ashamed of themselves. You pay big bucks for an entrée and they put it in the side pocket of the to go container. 90 percent of your meal is either rice or noodles. So disappointed. Almost $8.00 for a pound of rice and 6 shrimp. Btw this pic was taken BEFORE I ate any. My daughter ordered the black pepper chicken. They actually shook chicken off of the spoon before putting it in the container (again where the side item should go).
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and fresh. I always enjoy coming to this Panda Express when I'm hungry for Chinese food.
Found a black peice of plastic in one box, and a black hair in the other , gross!
Better than expected... On a road trip, its generally tough to find decent food that isn't fried, or sugared,.or loaded with fat. Panda was a pleasant surprise. I had a spicy chicken dish which was tasty and truly spicy, a side of crispy broccoli, and good noodles that weren't too sweet. Good work, and thanks! I'll be back....
On this trip I got the orange chicken, broccoli ? beef and noodles. Not bad...the orange chicken was fresh and tasty but the broccoli beef was just ok. Also I didn't get as much noodles as usual. Overall it was worth the trip.
Ordered online at 11 am for a 515 delivery to a family member who was caring for a sick child. At 930, 30 minutes after close, I get an email saying my order was cancelled with no further explanation.Do better please.
I'm so grateful for the gentleman that bought me food. He works at the drive thru. I was in a semi truck and their machines took cash only because their system was down. So it happened I didn't have cash on me so He was very kind to buy me food. ?????
Food is usually good but customer service at this location is awful. They're usually closed due to having short staff. I frequently get messed up orders and last time I was there they messed up my payment, overcharging my card. When I brought the issue to their attention, their response was "Oh well. Nothing we can do." Need to hire employees that actually understand customer service.
