Brought my adult daughter here for lunch a week ago. It was the most disappointing Olive Garden experience I have ever had. The service was worse than the food, and the food was terrible. My shrimp scampi was scampi soup, literally drowning in sauce, and my daughter's dish was burnt black on top. The waitress was rude and inattentive. Never offered refills on our salad, soup, or drinks, like they usually do. Never asked how we were doing or how the food was tasting. We asked for bread with our soup and salad, and we were told fresh bread would be ready in about 3 mins, then had to ask again with our entrees, as we never received any. The waitress then told us that she had given all the fresh bread to another table, and we were looking at another 10 minute wait. We were ready to leave by the time bread sticks were finally brought to us. We often order Olive Garden, both dine in and take out, but it will be a long time before we frequent this location again.

My waitress Olivia was amazing and super sweet! The cooks took longer than SHE liked and complained to her manager on OUR behalf. We need more waitresses like her. I love olive garden anyways. Overall good experience.
Great atmosphere and even better service! Emily was the best server! She was friendly, attentive and she did not rush us at all. All of the food was hot and fresh! Great cocktails! Reasonably priced! Ask for Emily!!
Olive Garden is one of our favorites. Great portions and wonderful $5 take outs. We took 3 with us. Spaghetti for lunch. DELICIOUS!!
We had the pleasure of having Bryon as our server . He was so kind, upbeat and pleasant ! I would literally return just for him . My daughters jacket fell and instead do just letting her know he picked it up for her and put it back on her chair. Very prompt, courteous and professional service . Best server in Martinsburg hands down! Bryon, Olive Garden is lucky to have you!
Food is always pretty good here. We sat at the bar and although they didn't have a bartender we had people checking on us regularly. And always friendly.
The waitress was extremely rude. She was asked 2 different times for extra dressing cause there wasnt any on the salad she brought out. I ordered shrimp scampi and it smelled horrible and the asparagus was so hard I couldn’t even break it in half with my hands. I told her I didn’t want it due to the reasons she took it and never once asked me if I would like something else and she did not take it off the bill. Other people who came in after us that she served received their drinks and food before us. It took her 15 mins just to bring us drinks and bread sticks. Worse service I have ever received from anyone!! Never once asked if we wanted anything extra or if the food was good. Other staff was working hard but also goofing off in the back.
I like pasta and salad, this place has both. The staff are pleasant. Great prices and great quality food.
Great food and great service...even on Christmas Eve.
