Awful food. Ordered shrimp and scallop garlic and received greasy, extremely nasty sauced food. I don't know what that sauce started out as ages ago. Much broccoli like they didn't know there were other vegetables or that it could be cut into bitesized pieces. Worst Chinese food I have ever ordered, simply threw it away after a few regretted bites and I wonder if they could pass health inspection. Will never order from them again.
They left their flyers at swift terminal. When I called them to order lunch. They confirmed the address first and ask me what are want. I told the lady, maybe be the boss, I wanted fried rice. Then she said it was too far to deliver. If this place is too far, why they left the fliers at the terminal?
I think it's among the best in Martinsburg. Really liked the hot-sour soup. They stay open late too
Everything was super greasy. Flavor was mediocre. Deep fried beef ribs, shrimp toast was weird. Ehhh.
The cheese steak egg rolls are good priced and taste amazing also the seasme chicken is crispy and the sauce is fantastic. Will definitely keep coming back

The ribs were sour and I called him to tell him they said they would give me a refund but the ribs are supposed to be sour they have not returned the money for the reds and I think it's pathetic ribs are not the best sour finally got the refund 10 days later
Flavor isn't as good as I'm used to but it's edible
Food is great and the delivery is excellent. The service is great too.
