this place has gone downhill. nowhere near the quality it used to be. no pizza on the bar. staff does not care at all about anything. $40, waited 30 min for any edible pizza to be put on the bar, after kids got tired of waiting we just left and went to Little Caesars. used to come here weekly, will never go again. save your money and avoid this place.
We seen the 8.99 buffet advertisement and chose to give this place a try, never again! Spaghetti noodles where hard, the pizza on the buffet never got changed out or replaced, cinnamon sticks and other breads was empty and never refilled after being there for an hour. I mainly got full off of the salad bar, because the other food was just dried and old or didn't get refilled. It was pretty disappointing and felt like a waste of money considering I have a big family. ?
What an utter disappointment. There are more tables dirty than clean. Napkin holders empty and filthy. Salad bar an absolute mess. Ice cream machine broken. No one bussing tables. Floor has not be cleaned in the dining area. Sad to see the state of this restaurant. We used to enjoy coming in.
We brought our grandson for his 5th birthday and the staff was very gracious and patient. They put his cake in the fridge so it would stay fresh. The best customer service we’ve received in a long time!!! Thank you!
Came here today 02/01/2022 around 1pm. Bare minimum staff not replenish the buffet line. Pasta was hard as rock. Poor guy cleaning the tables was also checking people in but there's noone making pizza....smh
Best value buffet anywhere. Great pizza, great price, they will even make you whatever kind of pizza you request.
Good pizza service was fast. It needs a little TLC....floors and some of the dining area was dirty.
Nice place to eat the buffet was good and reasonably priced lots of varietyPizza, spaghetti, lasagna, fruits, puddings, and sweets, good place for a family to eat plenty of seating and the staff is very helpful and friendly.5 stars I will eat here again.
We really enjoyed the buffet! Great spot for large families! Our family particularly enjoyed the meat lover's, mac & cheese and Buffalo chicken pizza on the buffet. The fried dough desserts are awesome, too! :)
They have some very interesting varieties of pizza at the buffet. So far best thing I've had there is there alfredo pizza and the large pepperoni for pickup, the dude making the pizzas is good.
