If I was the GM, I would be embarrassed to call this place mine.Employees in Back Cash carrying on personal convesations with the Manager included, talking about subjects that shouldn't be held in earshot of customers.Presenter was friendly and was the only one who I would have anything good to say about.Burger as seen, I just threw it out. Fries, hard and cold but at least I got the No Ice in my sweet tea I asked for.
Food will take forever if you dine in, and no it won't be correct, it never is. I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie that never came. Don't bother asking for a correction either, the staff deliberately ignores you and those that communicate with you don't really know what's going on either. Drive thru isn't any better, only difference is you don't notice it's wrong until you take a bite and it's raw in the middle.
Just avoid this place! You are going to wait 20 minutes or longer in the drive thru line and will always get the wrong order. And if they have you leave the drive thru and pull over to wait, you're going to be waiting another 20 minutes if the don't forget you altogether.
Literally been the past 4 or 5 times I've ordered breakfast off Doordash they always forget something big or small 1 time my kids entire breakfast today it all the hashbrowns.. we're done Doordashing McDonald's now they suck.
This place always has a issue. Half the staff doesn’t want to be there and it shows. Ice cream machine is always broke. Order a ice coffee and you get it with no ice because the ice machine is broken. The owners really need to step up and correct the issues.I’m fairness none of the fast food places off that exit are good.
Manager at 9am on 3/2/22 was extremely rude and unfriendly. The coupon in the app wouldnt work, and rather than just fix the issue, she had a nasty attitude. Really disappointed, you should not get this from a manager, they should know better.
I got a double cheese burger and a small fry....$5?! Small fries used to be a dollar. If you expect to get anything for a dollar there anymore with the way that the government is screwing us forget it.
I realize there maybe a communication barrier with some people, being that a certain percentage of the general population doesn't comprehend nor grasp the basic fundamentals of the basic structures of the English language. However, when one repeats themselves VERY CLEARLY, multiple times and says NO CHEESE and your employees throw a half wrapped breakfast sandwich into a brown paper bag that has flipping cheese on it... well, they don't need a pay increase, they need to be paid in paint chips. - because clearly that's what they snack on for lunch.
Not sure what is going on with staff they were extremely hostile and aggressive when there was a problem with order they got the manager and threw their hands up and ran off like a toddler throwing a tantrum! The manager was just as hostile when they told me the price without the coupon I then politely said the price it was supposed to be and said hold on I will help you out I’ll get you the code again for the coupon gave them the code it was the exact price that I told them it should be and there was no apology and they continued to be hostile as I asked for my receipt. Unacceptable customer service the entire staff needs proper customer service training!
Very slow. The rack above the fry area was chock full of fries in boxes, ready for customers, just sitting there getting cold. Nasty. I threw mine out.I watched as the crew ignored a young man, who was a customer, as he tried to get their attention.This store is in sore need of adult supervision.Today was my last visit.I know, nobody cares.
