This is the second time I’ve ordered curbside and today I made sure to click on the HOT vanilla latte… they brought me iced…. I specifically went back into the app to make sure it came up different if I pressed the ice one and it does come up different. They also forgot the drink for my daughters kids meal and the fries were terrible.. don’t think I’ll be coming to this store for a while.
This place is on my way to work, and it is always busy and short-staffed. HOWEVER, the few people that work there are always stressed, but super nice and friendly. They do not let the fact they are short-staffed affect the way they treat their customers. I just want them to know there is someone out there that appreciates that you show up everyday for us.
Was told to pull to waiting spot. The car behind me was asked to pull to spot beside me. The car beside me got their order before me. I only ordered 2 meals and an extra sandwich. When I got my food it was only warm, having to wait I would at least thought it would have been hot. When I opened the bag, one sandwich was completely unwrapped, as though it was just thrown in the bag. Lady who brought it to the car just handed it to me and walked away. There was no "thank you" or a "sorry about your wait".
Where to start? Drive thru is totally unacceptable almost every time I pass. I used to come here before work and have been queued for at least 25 minutes. I've almost sat in drive thru for an hour. Ive worked in Mcdonalds before and I know how hectic it can get but those wait times are totally unacceptable. It became more and more if a hassle so I stopped coming all together. Well today, I decided to take my kids in this location today hoping my experience would be faster. Nope, after I paid for my order, the service rep told me it would be awhile because the grill team is being slow. Fortunately, my meal didn't take too long, but the problem is that every table in the building was down right filthy, but that seems to be a pattern with every McDonald's in town. The franchise owner or regional managers need to step up and do their jobs so their paying customers can have a better experience. However, the food was up to par but you might as well eat on the floor.
Literally went to this location one time, today, ordered 3 meals and got 0 hash browns. These idiots deserve minimum wage. Can't do a simple order correctly.
Ordered a very simple order of 2 fish sandwiches and a fry. Waited way to long and when I returned home realized that they gave me one fish sandwich and one chicken sandwich in a fish box. They could definitely pay closer attention to the orders.
I forgot to order my ice tea. Remembered it when I picked up my order. The lady gave me a free ice tea. That made my day. I'm a daily customer.. I love this McDonald's.. They are the friendliest employees. Thank you.....
There food 80 percent of the time is old so for how much you pay you feel like you've just wasted your money. But I'm leaving the review today because who ever was making the food tonight really needs to be looked at. We ordered a cheese burger that was given with out the patty which im not sure how that even happens and the double cheese burgers were overloaded with ketchup and onions which I could of dealt with the onions but the ketchup made the buns just soggy. But I had the cheeseburger replaced which I had to go back in the drive through which took forever. By the end kinda just wished I'd gone home instead of wasting all that money.
Two of the last three times we visited this restaurant our order was wrong. Sunday morning I ordered two sausage biscuits through the drive thru. I got a sausage mcmuffin and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.I returned to the restaurant went in and waited several minutes before leaving the food on the counter and walking out. No staff even looked st me.In the time I was there, one person got their order, two others gave up and walked out with nothing even after paying.The staff was busy but unorganized, frustrated, and confused.
The service was slow, the order was wrong. They keep changing management, but nobody improves anything. You would think they would know screwing over your customers is bad business. Their attitude seems to be I will get there when I feel like it if you dine in.
