As we approached the store the exterior looked straight out of the ghetto. This set the mood for the rest of the trip. The floors were filthy. We ordered two orders of clam strips (2.89ish). When they arrived the 2 separate orders were placed in 1 box, and the serving size was extremely small. We actually thought they misplaced one of our two orders. Their is also a sign present that asks for a 5-star review in exchange for free food. The bathrooms were also very small and extremely filthy and was covered in piss and water from leaking toilet. Worst long johns silvers ever!!!
Order was mixed up when receiving food. Manager said come to window she would work with me on the shortage of chicken and slaw that was missing. When ticket was give to Manager she gave me slaw, extra chicken and fries. She was firm but absolutely ? fair. I love their food and will be ordering again. Thank you Manager for making it a pleasant visit at LJS. ?
Got order wrong with my sides. But being the last long john silvers within 45 minutes of my home address can't be too critical. Liked the fried fish and chicken as always.

We normally have a decent experience at this LJS however last week was awful. We waited in line for quite awhile even though there were only two cars in front of us. When we got to the window, we were given one meal instead of two. The person working the window has filthy hands. They finally got our second meal and told us our card was declined (we used our card 10 minutes later). When we pulled in a spot to eat, we realized that they only gave us one set of silverware so we had to go back. All of that can be dealt with however we quickly realized it was the worst food we’ve ever gotten from LJS. It was nasty. The cole slaw seemed to be spoiled and the fish and shrimp were terrible. Nothing seemed to be cooked long enough. We definitely won’t be visiting this LJS again.
Use to work for long John silver's. Got fired for a family emergency. And was fired over the phone. I think the manager James nutter fired me because I caught him dropping food on the floor and he still served it to the customers. Store is always in a mess. The employees are always getting harassed by managers. Does anyone know what I can do for unfair termination? Can I sue them? What can I do in this situation? I think he targeted me because I called him out about dropping food on the floor and still serving it to people. I feel as if he targeted me because he felt as if he was going to lose his job.
I love Long John Silver! They’re food is always satisfactory for me and I rarely have any issues with my order. The service here is good and I would highly recommend giving them a try!
Service was great.we was greeted at door. The cashier was very polite and read about our order and repeat sure it was correct.The food was hot and fresh and delicious
