I stopped by and grabbed a ready made pizza for $7 for a real quick meal it was awesome
We ordered on the app. It informed us that the order was done. My husband went in to pick it up. It wasn’t in the case. They said it wasn’t ready yet but they had to clear it out of their system because their system was timed. My husband stayed and waited for the order to be completed. When he brought the pizzas home, one was doughy. I called. They informed me that I would have to bring the pizza back in for them to see. I did. They then told me that it would be 30 minutes until they could make me a new one since they had other customers. I told them I just wanted a refund then and they refused to give me one. I told them that I was not willing to wait 30 minutes until they started making my pizza. They said I could wait 15 minutes and talk to the manager personally about it then but she was the one giving the orders. (They had been running to the back between every reply to answer the way she wanted). I asked for corporates number. They said there wasn’t one because they’re a franchise. I asked for the general managers number and was told no, they would not be giving me anyones contact information. I said I wanted to take pictures of the pizza and that my husband would be back in for the remake. They tried to tell me that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures of the pizza so I brought it outside and took the pictures. I brought it back in and told them that my husband would be there in 30 minutes for the remake. When my husband got there 30 minutes later he walked in to them talking about it, even though the woman at the counter was telling them that he was there. They told him that I had told them not to remake the pizza, had threatened them, and had screamed in the managers face (even though I never talked to the manager personally). When he told them that he knew that didn’t happen the manager told him “your wife needs to start using her ears to listen”. She was disrespectful and rude in general. She kept insisting that the pizza was not doughy despite that we had pictures and videos to prove it. Eventually the woman who was originally the go between said she was also a manager and handled the situation. We were able to get the pizza but the first manager who was being nasty was the one to make it so we don’t feel safe eating it.
The manager is the most rude and unprofessional out there. According to her it is totally the customer's fault the order wasn't right. Will never buy anything from here again! ?
NO Pizza Hit & Ready like advertised. 45 min wait...what a joke
Pizza was ordered ahead of time on app. Pizza was not ready at time of pick up. Had to wait another 30 minutes then food was missing. Will not return
We use to LOVE going here. Lately, the pizza hasn't been great...employees are NOT that nice...not even a little bit. 25 min wait here for a reg pepperoni pizza. I thought they were known for easy in and out pizza!Biggest turn off is sitting in my car, Watching the cash reg lady go in the back and YELL at the two boys for something! The one boy is eating pizza while making customers food! What???!
I like Little Caesars Pizza but when you get the extra most bestest the pepperoni it doesn't look like it on the picture up on the wall when you get it it look like it has a lot less pepperoni but you pay more for the pizza they just need to fix that
Eh. The wait times were too long. They had the pizza I wanted in the warmer to go, yet they told me 25 to 30 minutes.

Amazing taste pizzas ? I'd love to eat pizza from little Caesars most of time .this location has easy excess from exit 20 and the staff members are awesome. I would definitely recommend this place all the time.
