Food amazing, Lauren great server.
We are outside on what seemed to be a new patio. It was a beautiful evening. Our waitress was super friendly and personable. Our food came out fast and it was delicious. I think indoors might be a different experience, but we really enjoyed our visit.
My order was not cooked properly. But they wanted to make it right by giving me another one and I didn’t want that. So they gave me a discount on my meal, And they were very apologetic. Food was great other than being over cooked. Service was fantastic manager was superb. This won’t stop me from going back love the place. And I should’ve just gotten the seafood that they cook so well.
We went there for Mothers Day. Made reservations for 3:30. They were running behind. We finally got seated 45 minutes later. We did not get our dinner until 5:15. Everyone got steaks and crab except for my son, he got chicken Alfredo. We all received our meals but him. They had forgotten his food. First time I can actually say I was disappointed. Manager was more concerned about getting people seated versed making sure the customers already seated had what they needed.
Mother’s Day dinner was awful. Service was bad. Food was bad. I will not be going back.
Visited Kitzie's today for the first time. Zach was very courteous, efficient and helpful regarding menu options.The crab cakes were awesome! Conpliments to the Chef!
The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. Our waiter was working by himself and managed to get our orders correct and continued to have a smile on his face despite it being busy. Will definitely come back again!
Food was delicious! I had the shrimp trio & husband had the prime rib. Everything was SO GOOD! We will be back!
We ate there tonight and the waitress was nice just took forever to even get a menu then the food took an hour and came out and some had to be reheated. The shrimp was mushy, the steak and asparagus was delicious. The manager or male owner not sure was trying hard and you could see he cares. Really nice guy
Beautiful food, excellent service, great atmosphere, I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! Highly recommend!! Delicious soup, delicious salads. Their Valentine’s Day weekend specials were SO good!!
