Stopped in this evening 5/22/22 5:55pm. Five Piece Tender Big Box with dipping sauces. Adriana took my order thru drive thru, this young lady was pleasant and courteous. After paying and receiving my drink she asked that I pull down by the door and my order would be right out. Short wait, so I get back to the hotel (Comfort Inn) and open my order and to my surprise NO DIPPING SAUCES NO FORK TO EAT THE COLESLAW WITH "SERIOUSLY" And folks we are dealing with "Finger Foods" here and it would be nice to have some basic necessity as NAPKINS. Thank You and Goodnight....
Horrible food and service! Don’t waste your money! The folks working up front need retrained or need to find a new job especially if your going to be rude to the older folks!
Nothing like placing an order, then waiting for the woman to re-read the order and give me my total. All I got was dead silence. Figuring the woman was just busy I waited, and waited, and waited. Got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window. There was NO ONE there. I guess she quit after asking what we wanted WOW! Just WOW!!!
It was aweful and it closes way to early all you get when you go though the drive thru is a recording there was a line of cars waiting to get waited on only to find out that it was closed and we got there at 6pm. So if you all cant get people to work then why stay open i love KFCs chicken but ill take my business esle way so your lossing customers left and right.
Very lazy staff. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes to order and no one responded. Drove to window and two staff members just stared at me for 5 minutes while cleaning, even though it was 30 minutes past their posted opening time. Didn’t even open the window to let me know what was going on.
Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes...sign says open...says they're open online...drive thru has an automated message. It's a ghost town and there isn't a single employee inside. If you're closed...advertise it.
I visited this weekend and the dining room was closed and the drive-thru was extremely busy. There was a mix up with my order and I ended up not getting the whole order, etc etc.. I tried calling but it was ringing busy so I just drove back. As busy as they were, they were friendly and accommodating. The manager was apologetic and offered to fix the order. I know restaurants are so busy right now with everything going on and KFC is no different but they really went out if their way to fix the issue. I hope upper management sees this because they really are working their butts off over there to get things done.
This place is a joke don’t waste you’re time or you money if you want a long wait for dry old chicken. Sat there for 15 mins and they wouldn’t answer so I pulled to the window and lights on and everything but no one to be found… fast food at its finest… worthless and careless… rather pay higher dollar for atleast Decency instead a waste of time and money!!! So when are they shutting down cause they think they have a hard job and don’t wanna work…. Pos
I got no response at the drive-through speaker and payment window, when I said hello to place an order. I saw nobody inside at 2:01 PM Monday 3 Jan 2022 at the KFC on Edwin Miller Boulevard
This place needs New Management, I waited in drive-thru for 10 minutes when I got to the speaker at 6:55 p.m. they said they were out of chicken So I went to Popeyes to get my chicken sandwich,Also the past two times I've went thereThey have got my order wrong,The oneTime I ordered a chicken sandwichAnd there was hardly any breading on the chicken And The other time I ordered a combo meal And never got any fries
