BEST SUBS IN TOWN! And incredible customer service every single time we order. Yesterday, I placed an order for a business luncheon that was held today. Eight sandwiches all made correctly, labeled as requested, and ready at the exact time requested. And they were delicious! To add to this great service, this store supports great local causes, so it is a honor to frequent Jersey Mike's Martinsburg Subs. Great job, Jersey Mike's!
My husband stopped and got two subs one was suppose to be chicken the other beef he gets home both was beef very disappointing .we have gone to Jersey Mike's since they been in town never has this happened. I tried to eat mine but you couldn't it was awful.

I got to hand it to them the hard-working and me and my fiance got there at 9:00 p.m. and they close at 9:00 p.m. but they let us come in anyway lion guard Italian sub my fiance got a tuna fish sub I was really really good they truly know how to treat their customers next time I go that way I will definitely stop there again I highly recommend them
Had to stop in Martinsburg for a quick work thing, and google ping’d on this Jersey Mike’s with good reviews. Who knew it would be one of the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to in a long time? Staff was super friendly…like genuinely friendly…courteous and efficient. And they make a great sub to boot. Had a #13 Italian Mike’s way to go. Bread was fresh, soft but chewy; they piled on the fresh sliced meats, I’m sure it’s a formulaic quantity but there was a pile of it; veggies were fresh and crisp; and just the right amount of seasoning, oil and vinegar. Some Jersey Mike’s just douse the sub til it’s soggy and inedible. Kudos to whomever hired this terrific crew at this Jersey Mike’s. Too bad it’s over an hour and half away from my house ☹️, especially since the Jersey Mike’s close to my house in VA is god awful ?. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Jersey Mike’s Martinsburg!
I've had better subs from gas stations and grocery stores, at 1/3rd the price. They messed up my order as well. I give the food quality a 4/10, and the overall value for your money a 1/10.
Stopped for lunch today. Never been somewhere where the employees were so attentive to customers while they wait, and worked together so well. Amazing service! And as always, yummy food!
Love the staff that works there. They are always so nice. From the young man cutting the meat and taking orders to the young lady who finished making my sandwich (Friday 4/22 afternoon) to the gentleman who rang us up making sure we were apart of your rewards program. The family atmosphere here is beautiful and very welcoming.we will be back for sure! Infact, maybe even today. Club sub #8 is the best!
Has the best subs in a bowl. Any sub you want can be made into a salad. Lots of meats
