Most of the time, they’re “actually out” (their words) of any kind of cold coffee you can order. When they do have what you order, your order isn’t correct. Combine that with long waits a lot of the time, some kids with bad attitudes, and you have a terrible customer experience. They need to bring Paul back here, there wasn’t ever an issue when he was the manager at this store.
Over 30 minutes in the drive thru, to sit at the window for 7 minutes, to be told they don’t have the doughnuts we want, take forever to refund us the difference and 4 staff members later, and we decided to go inside to fix everything so we weren’t holding up the drive thru (our idea, not theirs). This place has seriously gone off a cliff and down
Came to the speaker and 4 out of the 5 items we ordered were no longer available, there was no sign or indication that they were not available. When we ordered the items they were rude and made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them. At the window they told us that they were also out of the food we ordered so they proceeded to make us wait an extra 10 minutes for 1 order of something that we didn't even ask for, just for it to end up cold and tasting stale. Very disappointing, will not be returning.
No other coffee joint in town manages to take 25+ minutes of your time in the drive thru to hand you subpar coffee but gosh darn it Dunkin Donuts can! Way to go DD!
So this Dunkin’ is literally the slowest place in the world. I got in line at 9:17 and didn’t get my order till 10:07. Y’all under staff the place and it effects your customers. What’s more annoying is waiting that long and they just had you all of your order with no bag, so it’s just rolling around in the seat lol then the sandwiches were cold. They didn’t cut them or anything. If you want to take a hour then atleast make it right. No excuse. Never again. Also it looks like everyone tells you the same stuff but you do nothing to change.
The dunkin in Martinsburg Wv on Foxcroft Ave I would absolutely not recommend. I asked for a frozen caramel coffee and when I got to the window the girl there tried giving me a hot coffee and asked if it was not the right size, I then asked for it to be blended and she looked at me and said "iced?" and I had to be at work within the hour to do a 12 hour shift so I just took what I paid for and left. Then I call up there and the person on the phone really needs to go back to learn some customer service skills because she didn't care and was very "ehh" about it all. So I went back this morning to try and get it fixed and ask for a caramel coolata to be told that they do not have that, when I know that it is a signature drink on their menu, then I call corporate and tell them about what happened and and I got hung up on by the first person I talked to. I will be taking my business elsewhere this is horrible and ridiculous.
I'm from New England and can't understand the fascination with DD. Their donuts aren't as good as they used to be and, from what I hear, their coffee tastes like dirty dish water. Not my words, someone else's.A couple of experiences recently in Hedgesville...1. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes (got stuck there) for a pack of munchkins before work one day. Service is horrible.2. We preorder 6 dozen donuts once a month. They rarely have the order ready for me when I get there. What seemed to be the manager asked a super busy drive thru worker if he was going to take care of me at the counter. Then said, "I guess it's on me."Ugggg, I wish there were more options in this area. I dread going there.
Understaffed and the 2 gals working there were talking amongst themselves about 11 hour days with no breaks. So add cash in the tip jar! Donuts were fresh and still a great selection at 12.30 in afternoon. The medium Winter Blend coffee was a great deal for $2. I like this location.
I’m only giving a 3 star because I truly like a lot of the people there. I go in everyday and get the same thing either a large ice caramel latte or a ice caramel macchiato. However I ordered large caramel ice latte today 02/05/2022, and they gave me a cold brew Charlie with cold foam. When the usual people aren’t there my coffee is never consistent. I’m not one to complain but I know the difference between the taste of a latte and cold brew. Consistency people!!!
This place doesn’t put out “wet floor signs” when it’s pouring rain outside. My friend’s kid went into this store today to buy a donut for his friends birthday. Slipped and fell not once but twice (he already has a broken arm). My friend went in to help him because the staff wouldn’t and SHE almost slipped and fell. When it was brought the the staff’s attention they did nothing but (finally) out a “wet floor” sign down and made them buy the donut. When corporate, the store, and social media were hit, calls went unreturned and social media posts were deleted. Avoid this place unless you want to risk a broken bone and piss poor service. Garbage place and we (my family, my friends family and as many neighbors we have in the neighborhood behind them) won’t be back.
