They a not Perfesional at all. My daughter worked for them basically for free, they still have not paid my baby. Only thing she keep saying is they are waiting on the checks to come back no thank you. It’s been two months and my baby still has not been paid by this company. They take the kids tips when they work with them. No one gets alone with the manger she’s so rude. I even experience her rudeness. What parent would be happy if they child worked for a company that didn’t pay them. It’s sad how company’s do these kids, they should be happy that they even wanna work not get over on them and not pay them. By law a job has to pay you. I will be taking further actions in this matter.
This Dunkin is ALWAYS sold out of donuts, which is WILD considering it is in their name. Along with that, sometimes the coffee I order from them straight up tastes like mud water. The customer service is just terrible as well, clearly. There are about two or three other Dunkin Donuts in the area that provide much better service, don’t waste your time with this one.
I go to this Dunkin occasionally and always have pretty much the same results.They are fairly good with service and occasionally be slow. I repeatedly ask for the coffee HOT but it never seems to be as hot as I like it, but, this is typical of all Dunkin’s that I have been to!Pricing is typical for Dunkin and mostly acceptable for an occasional visit
Be careful using the app here. Well, maybe don't use it. The app will gladly charge you for items that they might not actually have available. You will show up and the staff will have the audacity to 1. act like you didn't even order or pay for them, and then 2. tell you that they can't (won't) help you with a refund or a solution of any kind. The staff here is hands down the most rude and straight up disrespectful staff that I have ever encountered in my life. Never again ??
If you haven't tried Dunkin's Bacon, Egg and Cheese Wake-up Wraps, you need to. They are so delicious, inexpensive, and served in a small tortilla. If your appetite is hearty, just get two. I love 'em! The staff at the Edwin Miller Boulevard location are so friendly.
Apparently they don’t clean their blender. I tried to order a frozen drink with oat milk. They told me they couldn’t do that or use any dairy alternative bc it leaves traces of allergens in the blender. When I asked what about people with a dairy allergy I was told they just order it without any sort of cream.1-gross. 2- by their logic there is traces of dairy in the blender. So I can only assume they are not cleaning the blenders between making drinks. Also, statistically speaking, more Americans suffer from dairy allergies and sensitivity than they do tree nuts or oats.
I don’t understand how I’m a frequent customer and the service I receive is garbage ! I get my coffee before I go to work and if I’m paying more than $6 for A COFFEE ! I expect it to be quality . Couldn’t even drink my coffee this morning it was so disgusting just tasted like water and espresso. Zero stars do no recommend because you will be disappointed.
This place is extremely dirty along with the people working. They will mop the floor and make your food with the same gloves. They use the rest room and come out wearing gloves and make your food. It's simple food and 10 people can't even get 1 order out in a timely manner. Extremely poor management Extremely poor training make for a very poor customer experience.
Never had a bad experience at a dunking. I actually dropped my coffee on my way from the store. Pulled back in to buy another and the kind gentleman gave me one for free. Admittedly feeling bad for me but none the less, I was surprised ?
They need help! I felt bad for the 3 employees trying to keep that store going, when would they get a restroom break? They did a good job but they need help!
