I placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and it was ready when we walked in the door but it took them at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. There were 6-8 of them moving around and several of them looked past us. By the time they acknowledged us, the cold foam on our drinks was melted. We are DD regulars and have NEVER had this issue. And they are more staffed than our normal and less busy. Plus the drinks (cold brews) were not as strong as they normally are. They were too worried about their drive thru customers to notice the 1 set of customers waiting at the mobile pickup. That is ridiculous.

On 6/4/22, I pulled in the drive thru at 5:05 p.m. and there were 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered two iced lattes. The car in front of me took 12 minutes to get his order. When I pulled up to the window I paid and anticipated getting grind drinks. Instead, the young man working drive-thru hadn't started my order!! After paying and waiting another 5 minutes I had to leave or I was going to be late. Horribly run. It's called multitasking. Give it a try. Unfortunately, the one in Falling Waters isn't any better. I'll just get my coffee down in Kearneysville at Black Dog Coffee.

Every time I order from this particular place, they never have anything in stock and refuse to make it. I am being told they order for everyday and once sold out then that’s it. Apparently this location needs to learn how to order more of the popular varieties. Ridiculous and on top of that online stated they had it in stock so of course I prepaid and boy was that a joke. Now I have to wait for my refund and my husband waisted gas to go all the way out for them to tell him they don’t have the donuts requested. They could’ve at least gave a call or something… oh and the service manager was rude when complaining about this issue!!!!!!!!

Have kids with dairy issues and was just told they can not make milk shakes with oat milk or any alternate non dairy milk anymore. I have gotten dairy free shakes with dairy free ice cream and oat milk at dunkin many times. We will not be coming back and recommend sweet frog where they actually are nice to their customers and dairy free options. I have never had such a rude worker at Dunkin before! Tropical smoothie is also another great place with dairy free options all close by.

It's a standard Dunkin. The biggest issue here is the staff seems to be overwhelmed all the time. It doesn't seem to matter if they are short handed or there are several people working. It just seems to be a little too much for them. Today for instance, they seemed fully staffed, there were more than 5 people there, but they just can't seem to handle business. Parking is terrible too. Usually if you're going in store you have to park at the Papa Johns and walk over to Dunkin. I get people have dumb coffee orders, but when i just want to buy a black coffee and a donut it shouldn't be a hassle, and it always seems to be here.

I am deaf (and my Fiancée is hard of hearing) and their staff member Jayme was so kind. She pulled down her mask so I can read lips and she signed the alphabet spelling things out for me. This place has extremely slow and rude customers. They have never gotten my order right. I always have to wait 15 minutes as the first customer in line and I understand they have a drive through but they have enough employees standing around not taking my order that I will never go back. I came in today to see if it got better and it definitely has not.

Really just the worst service ever. I had a large order (2 boxes of Joe, 50 donut holes, and some stuffed bagels.I realize this is a large order so I called the night before. They took my order down. I called the morning of an hour ahead of time just in case…good thing I did because they had misplaced my order. I arrived at 8:20a for an 8:30 pickup.They ignored me and everyone else in the lobby for a good 5-8 minutes while filling out doordash, drive through, and app orders. The gentleman behind me even asked sarcastically if they were taking walk ins or if we needed to leave and go to the drive through…to which the lady was confused. Said the lobby was open then walked away and continued filling other online orders.When they finally acknowledged that I was there (now at the time of my pickup) the most they had started on my order was packing the donut holes and cups/sugar/stirrers. I had to wait until 3:45 as they just then prepared the whole order (why bother calling ahead?!).They also forgot to add any creamer..to an order with a ton of coffee…I will never be going to this location again..

I live up the road, everytime I come whether into the building or through the drive through, it is always at least a 30 minute wait which is completely ridiculous for a company of this size. There are never more then maybe 6 customers total inside and out and it’s always as if no one knows what’s happening. The coffee never seems to be consistent either. Always a disappointment, hopefully management can higher more people who are capable of the job, truly a disgrace to dunkin.
