They actually offer alcohol at 9AM on a Sunday!It's exactly like every other Cracker Barrel I have ever been to.The staff is friendly and efficient. The food always consistent. The gift shop gives kids something to do when they are on a wait.Or play a game of checkers outside.
I just want to say, what a fantastic experience with this Cracker Barrel. I’ve been to a couple really bad ones. We had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken and the Chicken Fried Chicken (so yummy!) Our waitress Hannah was amazing, extremely nice, and she is a shining example of your wait staff! We will definitely be coming back here and hope to see Hannah again! 11/10!!
The food was good, the steak fries were the best part of it. A basic cheese burger and fries. I should have taken a picture to post. The waitress wasn't that great. I didn't leave a tip, that's how bad ?.. I don't get out much but when I do.... I'm fickle I expect the same level of customer service I provide as a first responder. I don't get second chances as a paramedic, fire chief and police officer. You make a mistake or don't provide flawless service it can cost people their lives. Waiting doesn't even compare in the level of customer service as emergency Management. Get it right.
They should really have better seating accommodations for larger groups. We were told it was an hour and a half wait for 6 adults and 1 highchair. Never once did they say we would be sitting at separate tables. We were sitting at different tables from family that drove almost 2 hours to have breakfast together. The manager had nothing to say other than sorry I can put you back on the wait list, they should have told you. Well, they didn’t tell us and then to be put back on the waitlist? Unbelievable.
Took forever to get food. Always order the same thing..got half of the portion I normally get. Not the best date with Cracker Barrel. Got more corn then anything? I'm their biggest fan normally.
Good service, fast food.... but... the maple bacon grilled chicken is no where close to the quality and taste of it from other Cracker Barrels, it even didn't have the chives or onions that it shows.. The corn bread was a little over cooked and dry and the green beans where as well under the quality of taste we are use to from Cracker Barrel. The three cheese squash was oh so good and like always the hash brown casserole was good.
I always enjoy going to Cracker Barrel. The employees are kind,most of the time,and I love their meatloaf,and french toast. My kids love their pancakes! And,if it's busy u can look around in the store to occupy your self til there's a table ready!
We did a carry out order for my daughters birthday. My sons order was missing ranch and mac-n-cheese. My scrambled eggs were over medium. My daughter(birthday girl) didn't finish her pancakes, she always loves Cracker Barrel pancakes but we usually go to the one in Frederick or Hagerstown. My wife's loaded hashbrown casserole looked like mash potatoes reheated in a microwave with cheese on top. The order was also 20 minutes after posted time with a mostly empty parking lot. I will not go back to this location.
Never had a problem here before, the food is good and the service is normally pretty good as well. We went for breakfast, they were busy, and the whole world is short staffed, which we get. However, we waited 45 minutes for our food, no updates or concern from our waitress. My fiance asked her what was going on with our food he said we would just pay for our drinks and leave (she said not to worry about paying for the drinks). She said she was going to talk to the kitchen, we left while she was back there. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be going back there again!
The manager Dave was very unprofessional when approaching our group about us moving a table closer to our group. The way he handled it was rude and disrespectful! They lost a party of 15 lastnight due to his ignorance.
