I’m having an issue . I eat chipotle often and it seems like everytime I eat here their rice is hard and crunchy . I think the staff should start trying the rice before it is served

At 7:10pm 4/15/2022, the quality of the food and service at this location dipped so low that I have had to promise myself that I will never go back here. They are severely understaffed. The rice was undercooked. Every trash can was overflowing. There was trash strewn across the floor where the employees were working. The carnitas weren't cooked right. The fajitas seemed off too. The only stuff that seemed right was stuff they don't cook there, like the lettuce, cheese, and prepackaged red tomatilla salsa. Oh, and my 7:10 order wasn't done on time, either. Please double your staffing if you don't want to have to shut this one down for loosing to many customers.

At the Martinsburg store. Everything is cold especially the meat. No guacamole except for online orders. All the ice teas are empty. So disappointing and dissatisfied. As I sit here they just got busy. How do you not prepare for your busy time accordingly? A good manager would have this under control.

Not at all what I ordered. Rice was hard and old. Cheese tasted spoiled. The meat was cold when served. No thanks. I will go to Habs downtown!

Went to the Martinsburg location for a late dinner this evening. The First Lady help us at the beginning of the line to load our bowls with what we wanted. She asked the next lady to help us finish our bowls. The second lady said I don’t know them I know the people in front of them. So the First Lady had to help us. The wife asked for guacamole for her bowl. The lady told us they ran out of it earlier in the day. At the same time the second lady pulled the container of guacamole out of the refrigerator and put some in a to go container for the people she just made food for. So I asked the First Lady why we couldn’t have the same. She said because it is for on line orders. So we left and will spend our money where they treat all customers the same. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT STORE #937 Martinsburg West Virginia.I will never return there again. The only reason for one star was the First Lady. We were there at 8:45 on 02/25/2022.

Waited 45mins on my online order. The staff was not friendly and everyone who works there looks unhappy. This location really needs to rethink how they handle their online orders. There was well over 15 people waiting. Not sure if the wait was so long due to food prep or poor staff, but regardless management needs some evaluation. Also the restaurant was filthy. Food everywhere.

Every time I go here there is either a quality issue with the food or the staff has treated their customers terribly. I figured I would give it one more try tonight, and got a chicken bowl. Not to my surprise, my rice is rock hard, it wasn’t even cooked. I have always had issues with this chipotle, so if you were passing through the area I recommend not stopping!

This is by far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The grill was disgustingly dirty with burned up chicken and steak in a pile; it was just simply disgusting. Food and trash was everywhere...even where food was being prepared. Tables were filthy. Time for the health department to make a visit. Never again.

I didn’t know it takes 20 minutes to get taken an order at chipotle. Where the lids on the Tabasco. I don’t feel so good

Ordered a CHEESE quesadilla for kids. It came as a PLAIN tortilla. With NOTHING at all on it!!!!! Really??? HORRIBLE
