This Chili’s restaurant located in Martinsburg West Virginia was one of the best that I have been to. Now we know that since they are a chain of restaurants you would think that they are all alike, but not they’re not. This Chili’s in particular had the manager greeting you as you come in the door which is not very common on any restaurant that you walk in. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Also it was the fastest one that I have been to have your plate at the table once you have done your order. Overall it was a great experience and my family and I would definitely will be back to this Chili’s.
Today my friend and I came in for lunch. We both had the Brisket Burger which was very good, along with the outstanding service from our waitress. (Please forgive me for not remembering her name)Yet on the other hand there was a server who was walking around delivering food with what seemed to be a hairbrush hanging out of his back pocket. That's not very hygienic and even if it wasn't a hairbrush, it didn't look good.Other than that ??????
I would give the Martinsburg Chilis zero stars if I could. Absolutely terribly run. The hosts/hostesses don't speak to you when you enter or while walking to the table. The runners disappear for long spells as well. Food is delivered overcooked and (because the runners don't do their jobs) cold. We have had similar bad experiences on multiple trips now.
I'll give it a 3 for the prompt service at out table but thats only bc they started using handheld devices that sent our order to the kitchen asap.. didn't know exactly who our server was bc after she took our order other people delivered the food and even the drinks...I waited tables all my life so it was upsetting that beside take our order our actual server only came later to bring boxes and tell me to check myself out at the table. So I'm wondering who is getting the tip...I left 18%, which I usually do 20% or better but we had dirty plates piled up and again our server that took our order only came to our table to check on once once then to bring the boxes. So I think 18% was good...it was not the service im use to giving as a server. If she gets all of the tips then wow she is making bank for minimal actual work at a table. I hope the food runners get tipped out because they were the ones that brought things we needed as our food was brought out. The others brought it quickly so I'm not complaining about the service im complaining on who got the tip I hope.it was the entie.crew.that brought. the food and extras we asked.for.
Food was barely warm when served, and the strawberry lemonade tasted more like regular lemonade. The waitress we had, however, was excellent. Made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion and was very friendly.
Had a large to go order close to closing time. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Food packing lacked a little. Handles broke on 2 bags (1 while she was handing to me) and cost me a couple food items. Would have rated much higher if not paying for food I didn't get to eat.
I love this restaurant! We come here every so often to eat and our time there is very enjoyable. The place is very clean and well-kept. The service is outstanding. And most importantly, the food is delicious. I would highly recommend giving Chili’s a try!

I tried ordering online for "it's just wings" located in Chili's. Online it kept taking me to Door dash which I just didn't want to use.. I really wanted wings so I drove to chili's hoping they could assist me or at least show me how to place the order. I explained to both young ladies the issue I was having and I was dismissed with a shoulder shrug. This location has lost our business and we used to go often. Good luck with the customer service it really sucks
Food was delicious, I usually order Chicken Crispers and then I can of kindly evaluate how they are prepared. The ones from this location are always made in a very consistent way, always great!!Staff is very attentive also....way to go guys!!
