We takeout food often and it is always amazing! Never been so excited to eat salad. The Cuban and lobster bisque are so good!
Over priced and disorganizedMy husband and I went here Friday night and there were maybe 16 people total.My husband was doubtful that it would be good on a Friday night with only a handful of people. We ordered fries for the appetizer at $6.50 plus .50 cents more for ranch. We got maybe 20 fries with salt nothing specialI ordered tacos my husband ordered pizza nothing too complicated. My tacos and rice were brought out my husband was told his pizza would be out in a minute. My fish tacos were cold and the rice was so dry.20 minutes lates I was trying to eat slowly so I could eat with my husband he didn’t have any food yet. He called the server over and said just cancel my order. She tried to say it was coming out now. He refused she returns with the check no discount and blames the ovens for not getting hot enough. I noticed so many pizzas going out with door dashFirst time and last$30 for 3 small tacos handful of fries water and a coke
Wish it hadn't taken me so long to visit this place for the first time. I've really been missing out! Great food and service. Did seem to take a while for food but I had barely eaten all day and it was dinner time so maybe I was a little impatient. Lol. Also, a little pricey but the menu options were so different than most of the places I go so I was fine with that. My son got a large pizza ($19) to have leftovers and he did, but the crust was thinner and it probably wasn't as filling as some pizza. It cost us about the same as going to Olive Garden.
This Cafe offers scrumptious dishes at affordable prices. Everytime I visit I'm awe at their efficiency and stellar customer service.
The food is amazing! However we have been there 3 times with the same server Alisha. She is absolutely horrible and clueless. The first time she messed up our dish noticed it was messed up and blamed it on the chef. Our drinks stay empty every single time to the point we walked up to soda machine and refilled them ourselves. Today we had kids at our table she mentioned nothing about kids menus. When we asked if she had kids menu she said the best she could do was a Togo menu. Then a table of kids sat down next to us and their server gave them a coloring menu…… I could go on and on about the terrible service with this server. My friend and I cringe every time we see her as our server. Each time the restaurant has been fairly slow , the work ethic and customer service is extremely disappointing. Due to bad service we will not return.
This place is awesome the food is always amazing and the work the servers put in is always outstanding. Yesterday I had a young lady named Alesha and she was so kind. She made sure my cups were full and I was enjoying my food. This lady deserves a raise. Some of the best service I have ever received especially from other local restaurants. I really recommend this place and truly do plan on going agains soon. #justbetter
I’ve only been here twice but the food was amazing both times. The servers were nice as well but they seem to be a little short staffed since it’s seat yourself but both times almost all of the tables were dirty. I look forward to going back and trying more items on the menuSome things seem to be a touch overpriced for the portion you receive. The first time here I got the fried fish tacos and they were amazing but the portions were small. The hummus pizza however was a great size
My wife and I come to this spot often but that will definitely not be happening anymore. The customer service is horrible (not all of the time but specifically tonight, 12 DEC 2021 it was). Listed below are the issues.
I wish I could give zero stars. I've been eating here for years, but never ever again. I had an issue with my food on a take out order tonight. When I called to just let them know to be more careful in future, I was put on hold before I could even ask for anyone and then disconnected. When I tried to call back, they just turned the phones off and sent all calls straight to voicemail. This was at 6pm. So yeah, never ever coming back. The Martinsburg store is an embarrassment to the the brand.
