Don't go here. i saw roaches and mice once. they refuse to honor coupons. the service is super slow. the staff is extremely rude (racist and homophobic). they never have any answers to questions that they should know about their own menu. such a sad excuse for a fast food restaurant. trust me, you won't get it your way here. i recommend any other burger king over this one.

I wish Google would allow negative stars. Some of the employees are nice, but as far as getting your order together correctly, FORGET IT!!! I'm still looking for the GOTCHA CAM!!! I traditionally love going to Burger King but, Martinsburg is not the place to get good fast food or customer service. It's better to just cook at home, and that is what I plan to do!

I was charged $0.40 for extra pickles. When I open it up and it's only two pickles. I was charged $0.40 for extra sliver onions. When I opened a bun. There's only three slivered onions on it the manager had an attitude when I asked him about it. He says that's what they do charge extra. Do you need money so bad that you rip the customers off. They should get another line of work.

Stopped by to pick up lunch. We ate in our car in the parking lot. Not sure if they have delivery, dine in, etc.But, we always like the cheeseburgers ? from this BK better than the one in Spring Mills. The food is just better, hotter, and fresher!

Went today& ordered 4 Whoppers with cheese to go.Waited about 3 minutes for food & walked to the car& all 4 whoppers was cold.Can not understand why it was cold because of its supposed to be hot. We went home& had to microwave. I guess if you want a good ? hot burger ? you have to cook it at home.Thats what we will do for now on.And they was not busy at all.

Poor customer service and long wait time. They were not horribly packed but their performance acted as if they were packed full with customers inside and outside. More than likely to mess up your order

Bk was my first online order and they are fantastic! I got to pick and choose with my family on what they wanted and choose what ingredients they liked! We were shocked how fast the order went through and everything was delicious and hot! They are incredible and the staff are very caring!

Don't generally eat fast food, tonight was November 27th 2021 and i was order #10 for the evening the 2 heavy set girls running drive thru were less than enthusiastic and messed up my order, the girl with the weird colored hair was there in the only two instances where I've ordered food from this burger kings drive thru, neither interaction was pleasant. I waited close to 5 minutes after the lady with multi colored hair told me to wait to order and they still messed it up with only one car in front of me, its byfar not the kitchens fault, she just don't listen. I'm not angry, far from it, but I worked at burger King for 2 years and the incompetence of people baffles me when I was a "pubescent immature" teenager and I still only every had one complaint for a twist tie from our original chicken bun bags that got dropped into his sandwich.... yall just funny and I probably won't come back to this location, even though its the only one near my house that I just purchased.... oh well not my loss, ill save my health and cholesterol levels for something else And on the lazy nights that I do contemplate fast food, ill hit up Wendy's around the corner near WalmartOh also I have no issues with either of these girls personally, but the way the world is... its bitter AF right now, you should be doing your best to embrace people with a smile, cause I would've been overly cheerful and appreciative because of it
