Cold food, didn’t get what we ordered, extremely slow, dropped food on my son.
April 18 2022The worst Bob evans, snowing outside asked waitress if air was on since so cold in the restaurant, she said no but the heat thermostat was behind locked box. Food comes soup lukewarm, empty ketsup bottle on table, didn’t bring dipping sauce for sandwich ?
The pot roast sandwich itself is worth ten stars. I crave it often! Bob Evans has good salads and breakfast items too. However, this location usually has long wait times and the soups here somehow manage to have zero flavor?
What horrible service. Waitress hacked and coughed the entire time we ordered. When I asked for not onions on my omelet she told us "Burger King" is right down the street if you want it your way" Thought she was joking until I asked for a side of bacon and she asked "Do I look like a waitress" and muttered "I need a different costume" as she walked away. Unbelievable!!
We just went to the Martinsburg WV restaurant and it was terrible. My husband had blueberry pancakes and the had been sitting for a long time and had no topping on them and when we asked for the blueberry topping it was cold and the sausage he had was old and dry. We will not be coming back to this restaurant. The person we paid with said they had many complaints about the same thing. This comes down to poor management!
Had the fried chicken dinner it was really good. Carry out service needs a lot of improvement, waited 45 minutes for them to walk it out to the car. Was informed it just came out of the kitchen. Got home ice cream was milk. They refunded my money.
A total rip off! The pot roast dinner is supposed to come with carrots, onions and gravy while the picture shows nice full container. No carrots, no onions and no gravy. The container was barely filler. No sure what size family this is designed for.
I enjoyed eating breakfast for dinner. I had the chicken and egg breakfast so I did not have the question which came first, HA ha.
Had breakfast on Jaunuary 30. 2022. Jacob was our server, which we were so lucky to have me take care of us. He was very polite and attentive throughout our entire breakfast.
I usually always have a good experience at this location. But yesterday I ordered food for pick up. The family wanted breakfast from bob evans and we got the homestead family meal. I hate complaining but honestly it’s unacceptable especially for the money. The portions were insanely small for the sausage gravy idk if someone was just feeling lazy and throwing it together or what. also the biscuits were literally burnt. Never ever have I had an experience like that at bob evans.
