there was only 3 cars ahead of me. the young man who took my order was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I pulled to the dt window, the young man was the one who took my order. I do believe he was in dt alone doing everything himself. there was a young female handling front counter orders. As he handed me my order I told him THANK YOU for a great visit. He smiled the biggest smile and said that really meant alot. didnt catch his name though.
Definitely not the best Arby's I've been too I usually love arbys but this one sucks. Food isn't ever freshly prepared and they always have to substitute sides with things I don't want
Food was great and the staff was friendly. Honestly my only complaint is for the staff not against. We noticed that they were all still wearing masks. I asked one if it was voluntarily and she said no. The company is forcing it on them or they will lose their job. I believe this is wrong, especially since your guests don't wear them. Treating them all like they are diseased is psychologicaly damaging. Any real danger from covid is long gone. Let your people breathe freely.
I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! Has my experience always been this great at this location, No… BUT tonight’s team DESERVES the recognition for a JOB WELL DONE! Thank you to the staff of the Foxcroft Ave Arbys on 1/30/2022 for such a great experience with your restaurant!

Arby's motto is We Have The Meats, which is ironic because MEAT is always what the sandwich I order is lacking. From the Reuben, to the Turkey Swiss, to the French Dip - no matter what I order, I see plenty of other toppings, but not even enough meat to cover half of the bread. I see this, not as a location issue, but as a corporate issue, as many Arby's provide a similar experience. It's a shame because I'm a fan of the food and the options Arby's provides, but I think we all can agree that the meat is essential.

Extremely clean, great staff, would recommend this restaurant to everyone. We’re just passing through and happy we made this choice.
Ok good and services. Chicken sandwich is good. Curly fries okay. I really like there salted caramel cookie. Overall I would give them 3.5 stars
Haven't been here in about a year and I must say it was good. Was there for Happy Hour, 2pm-5pm and enjoyed some $1 sliders. Add those Curly fries and a chocolate shake, also on the happy hour menu for I think $1 and we were all set.
