The owner needs to replace his crew. I ordered two large 16" pepperoni and cheese after about an hour I get my sodas and Two CHEESE Pizzas so, I call and usually most company's will let you have the messed up order they delivered to you NOT ANTHONYS!!!! They asked for them back so, I hope you enjoy them! I would rather oder from Domino's or Papa John's at least when they screw up they allow you to keep what they sent. I asked if I could get some sort of credit etc... I was told no. Hope you go out of business because we don't need a company like yours here.
Not gonna lie. I got a mushroom, onion, pepper, and sausage pizza that was better than ledos or any other place in town. It was fast(pickup not delivery) Couldnt ask formore. Whoever was in the kitchen was on their game tonight...Dope...
Been ordering from them for years. Yesterday I ordered 2 meals, one for now, & one for later. Didn't bother to check that there was actually meat on the chef salad?♀️ my bad. I call back today (I called Lastnight but they were closed) I was told the kitchen manager made the salad himself & he knows he put me on it & accused of taking the meat off my salad. You've lost a 20 year Anthony's customer (between Stephens city & Martinsburg I've been a 20 year customer)
These guys are awesome. We’ve been ordering there for years, and their subs are just as good as they have always been. Their website makes it so easy to customize your order and delivery instructions. I have it noted to *knock* and leave on the front porch. They always do exactly that unlike many dashers in town. We stopped “dashing” and just stick with good ol’ Anthony’s when we want to skip cooking!
I will never order from Anthony's Pizza again. Most of the time the food arrives on or later than the time advised during the order. When it does arrive the condition is terrible. The food is not hot and usually it is burnt or soggy. When I have called about the condition of the food, several times in the past, I received the traditional "thanks for letting us know", but nothing changes. So if you want room temp food that is either burnt or soggy then please avail yourself of Anthony Pizza's services.
What terrible experience. After years of quality service and food, I was drastically let down tonight. Not only was my food below average, cold and a long wait, they also forgot a portion of my order. When calling in to reach them, they answer the phone saying “Anthony’s Hold please” instead of hello. So after waiting five minutes, hanging up and calling back 3 different times, I finally was able to express my grievances. Instead of them attempting to rectify, they again placed me on hold to confirm I was missing items with the driver, only to return back on the line after another few minutes to tell me my wings “were still at the restaurant and that they would send them out as soon as a driver was available”. Forty mins after initial delivery, I now have wings that have been sitting out and left behind. Totally annoyed, dissatisfied and blown away that they wouldn’t even offer to do anything to correct this. Although I’ve been a long time customer, I likely won’t be returning. Awful experience.
It was really bad, never again ? waste of money, nobody wanted to even eat it!
Their food is awful. I will never order from there again. The hamburger was dry. The bun was stale and is was plain which is not what was ordered. The onion rings were soggy and icky.
Subs were delicious, onion rings were a little hard like they had been twice cooked but decent.
Another great pizza with generous toppings and delivered hot. Delicious!
