I decided to try this one again because I needed something quick for lunch. A good reminder why I never go here. It wasn’t busy at all, my nuggets were completely cold, and I was given the wrong sauce. I only ordered two items. Woman who served me was chatting with others instead of taking my payment. I beg this location to get better.
Went there at 11:30, I work in customer service and I rarely complain about anything. The customer service was horrible, waited 20 extra minutes for food. The fries were cold once we received them, and the food was wrong. Waste of money and time.
This place is so "hit-and-miss" one day they can knock it out the park with hot, fast and accurate service and some days they just ignore you, get your order wrong, and can really make you want your money back. Especially when they just hurry up and take your money and then pull you up so they can pad their drive through times then you look in the bag and your fries are missing, and your sandwich is made super sloppy.

It's a hit and miss here, some days the food is good and other times it's a disappointment.
Went for birthday lunch. Staff was friendly, food was prepared as ordered and was delicious. We were not rushed and had a good time. Had chili and bacon cheese baked potato.

Not sure what they did to their fries but they are definitely amazing! I was always a McDonald's guy when it came fries but no more, no way, its Wendy's all the way!
Always a quick and correct order, prefer it to mçdonald
