Frosty was perfect. Not melted at all like it is sometimes at all Wendy’s. Jr bacon was not fresh. Tasted like it was made in the A.M. I was there at 4:30. Fries were decent. I like them hotter and more fresh, but they weren’t too bad. Strawberry lemonade was good. Food was ok overall. Not bad. Just would have preferred a little fresher.
Not the best Wendy’s in the area. Ordered a biggie bag and a 4 for $4 and was parked to wait for 10 minutes for it, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the food would have been worth the wait. The food was stale and my fry box was only filled up half way (it was already a small fry), so I may have gotten 10 fries. Don’t go to this location. It was a waste of my time and money
I just went to Wendy’s on my 30 minute lunch. I didn’t get any napkins, my fries were cold, and my sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it that my lettuce was floating in it. I didn’t even get a receipt to call and complain.
Just ordered a Uber eats from Wendy's on 16th st in Huntington West Virginia. Got a terrible meal that was always wrong. I've never seen a meal like this before. Dont ever ever ever order Wendy's on 16th st. Called them 2 and the Manager was a B..... telling us to call Uber and in 3 days we would get the money back but the Uber worker said it was Wendy's fault and that's what we talked to the Manager.Never again the can go to Hell!!!
My husband went through the drive threw and has to wait for 20 minutes when he walked back in he seen his food was done and they where going to give him his money back and not the food. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for your food.
Went through the drive through. No Coke and frys was cold. Not good.
Very nice at Greenup Store not so good at Russell store. Food not done
They have the best biscuits and McDonald's wishes theirs were that good! The bonus right now is they are only a dollar!
My order is always wrong, and just left, ordered baked potato with bacon and cheese only, repeated it back and only got cheese. It’s not even warm or melted cheese, do not go there.
It was ok. Fries weren't great and I am not a fan of the Freestyle Coke machine. Always makes my regular Coke taste funny. Also the dining room was closed and for people walking over from nearby hotels, they won't serve you through drive thru. Limits the food options.
