All around good experience I've dinned in a few times and it was very clean
The WORST Wendy’s in the tristate. Don’t ever pull off without checking your bag because 10 out of 10 you’re missing at least 2 items. You’ll wait for 15 min on your ”fresh” food and yet everything will be cold. Don’t try to complain to a manager because they are also the problem with this location.Just don’t eat here unless you like being disappointed.
Good service. Good food. But sometimes they forget to hand out napkins.
Any. Time. I go to this location they forget an item. I only ever get a couple of food items and a drink, 90% of the time they forgot to ring up one of them. Also dude at the first window makes inappropriate jokes. Food service used to be awesome on fifth Avenue. Now it stinks.
Left the bacon off my double salad order literally 10 times in a row… Wendy herself handfeeding me strips of bacon couldn’t sate my rageedit: It would appear multiple pieces of tomato were fashioned into bacon strip shapes. I don’t know what’s happening at Wendy’s Headquarters, but something tells me this bacon conspiracy goes way deeper than this.I’ll keep you guys posted.
I love the bourbon bacon Burger. This is the cleanest fast food establishment I've ever seen.
Ordered breakfast this morning at 10:40 for delivery 1/10/2021. Was missing one whole egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. The other egg and cheese bacon biscuit had only one small piece of bacon. Which I wouldn't even count it as a whole piece. No cheese on a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. None of the dipping sauces were with the order. Food looked to be tossed together sloppy and was hardly Luke warm when we got it from the delivery driver. Will not be ordering or dinning at this location. I'll take my money on up to the route 60 Wendy's. Never had any issues there. Also this was our only second time trying the new breakfast menu and it's very disappointing that your employees are so lazy and I'm sure management isn't no better.. worst experience I've ever had.. thanks for the slop in a wrapper.

Worst Wendy’s in the tri state! Never accurate with orders and takes well over 30 min for food
Nice lady at the counter and food was fresh as it should be. Place was real clean.
