The food and service was excellent. Our server was Betty who was extra patient with us two indecisive people. All the staff we spoke with were very polite and helpful. Betty came to check on me when I went to the restroom knowing I only had the use of one arm and was delayed waiting for a stall. We couldn't ask for better service.
The ribs and pork chops were good. The wait staff was excellent! It took us an hour to get our food, and that is the biggest draw back about going here.
Today was terrible! Brought my family over for a nice meal, how do you cook a steak well done twice after asking it for medium? And plus we were missing food as well! Its not the waiters fault, never is. Its the kitchen staffs. When we say the steak is cooked well done after we asked for medium or medium rare dont come back with it well done again. I understand the waiter was going through a hard time and he was being honest with us on what was going on with the kitchen. I gave him a very hefty tip for being honest and being very good at his job checking up on us. Kitchen staff needs to be retrained and keep their issues at home.
Our server, Diana, is by far the best most efficient server we've ever had. She was quick for drink refills, aware, checked on us, kind and I drink a ton of water...she was ontop of it. The food at this location is the best we've had out of at any Texas Roadhouse. The seasoning, the temperature, freshness, non greasy tasting fried foods and the most delicious crisp Ceasar salad ever! What a great breakfast, lunch and take home dinner/maybe breakfast ? The host was cordial and polite as well. You all have a current great team working at this location. Be well and thanks so much for an incredible dining experience
I ate here last night for first time and the food was delicious.Steak and loaded baked potato and salad was a-mazing!And desert.I loved the rolls too!I was very impressed! Keep up the good work !
Our dinner was unbelievable this evening, and our server Ty was the best, she was friendly and made our visit very enjoyable, this girl is a definite asset to their waitstaff!
Typically I have a decent experience here. I've never ordered ToGo until tonight and will probably never again. I literally ONLY ordered 2 dozen rolls. Simple enough? Nah. Took 30 minutes, a snotty attitude from the girl at the window and to top it off? They were cold. I'm highly disappointed. Honestly, if you're mad I just ordered some rolls, and decided to make me wait a half hour, not a bright idea.
