I ordered online 50 min before they closed, me and my husband went to pick up our food, and some white car was in front of us, they literally canceled our order and closed 45 minutes early. The lady looked right at my husband and proceeded to lock the window and walk away. If your going to close 45 min early update your website and app. Getting really fed up with the lack of service, and them getting to close 45 min early. No restaurant closes 45 min early. Worst service ever
Hands down worst Taco Bell ever. Lived in this area 2.5 years and have probably ordered here 20+ times due to the fact that all the other “restaurants” close at 8 and 9 pm here. Never once received a correct order. Literally never. Employees hang out on the stoop of the gas station constantly instead of working and they all look dirty. Not even trying to be rude, just honest. This place is clearly under some terrible management. Coke food, higher than average prices which I assume is because of their monopoly on quick “food” for the area or “food” in general for that matter. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Assistant manager Nick ***** says app helps prevent covid but yet I have to go threw the drive threw twice to let them know I'm there before my food will even begin cooking. Even though I called to make sure if I ordered threw the app that my food would be ready for pickup. Then to go threw the drive threw again to pick it ip.Which means more contact which does not help covid ?♀️

Good food tasted great... a bit messy on wrapped tacos quite a bit no longer in the taco shell.... otherwise everything was very good

Every time we go here we don't get our full order. We are always missing something. Then were put in a list and they expect us to come back the next day. If you value your money, avoid.
