Horrible service. The manager was "hanging out" on the front counter as well as shopping for lottery tickets at the adjoined gas station. The drive thru was blocked by a large dodge truck parked with its lights off. Friends of the crew were allowed to loiter. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy with several health code violations in open view of the customer. And to beat all the food was cold.
When I was at the restaurant it was out of everything the first thing they said if we have no beef no beans do you still want to order it would be a great place to start a my question is why were they even open and why are they not getting food in the staff were rude and it wasn't my fault they didn't have anything I've always had to get experiences with this restaurant until this and I don't think I'll be going back again
good food at any location don't love the chicken chipolte melt $2 they barely put any chicken in it it is pretty much a vegetarian item because of that
The meal was good but I had never ordered the burrito that came with the meal before. Not the staff's fault but the burrito was horrible. Will never order that style of burrito again. It was the worst food item I ever got from Taco Bell. I will certainly inquire about the ingredients before I order any item I am unfamiliar with. Staff was quick and friendly.
The food is good as always but for Thai location the employees are amazing they always go above and beyond, always have a smile on their face even when I’m there late at night or early in the morning. I recommend online ordering through the app to get a lot more options
I work right next to this one at Sonic that's on Route 60. They are always pretty fast and quick when it comes to getting the food in and out. Although they do always skip you on the sauce if you asked for it make sure you remind them at the window to give you more sauce because they will forget.
This is supposedly the CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR CHALUPA but the sauce isn’t there and they put all the things I said leave off on it. Since I’m pregnant I hate lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Two ladies were sweet but there was a lot of confusion going on. I just wanted my food correct I was hungry..
Staff was friendly; however with the new Covid variant, I believe, all employees should where masks...even if they have been fly vaccinated.
Awful place. Food was cold. Employee's were rude and snobby. Wouldn't recommend.
