Rude employees, extremely poor quality of food... If you do an online order, be prepared to present an itemized list before they will give you your food, paid for or not. I have given this taco bell so many chances through the years, done with this one. Food sucks, when they actually do get an order right, and employees here are extremely rude.
Craved Taco Bell after 1am and looked online to see if it was open. Said it closed at midnight so we were going to settle for Cook Out across the street. Saw huge line at Taco Bell so we quickly switched lanes and pulled in to go through the drive thru. Placed order and asked at window why website said closed. He said that's what time dining room closes. Good was great. Service was fast and surprisingly, everything was in the bag.
This Taco Bell messed our entire order up. Drive 30 minutes home and realized it. So I called and they said don’t worry about it I’ll write name down and replace it next time your by here. So today call to get the order fixed and they said oh I didn’t write name down I’m not replacing anything. Absolutely horrible business and poor customer service!! Who ever is in charge of this joint needs to teach their employees customer service skills and how to freaking treat others!!! I’ll never return to this Taco Bell and they’ll never receive business from me or my family again!!!
Worst store would not fulfill online order had to cancel on app. Drive thru guy is rude

Taco Bell is my go to for a quick, satisfying meal that won't cost a fortune. Service is always quick and the staff are very nice!
Ordered Wild Strawberry Freeze and beefy 5 layer burrito .As well as food for my friends .The order was messed up and drive through girl wouldn't shut up long enough to hear me and fix it so I ended up paying for chalupa steak and nacho cheese 4 times well for 4 of them .I also ordered cinnamon. Bond and they were stale
The people are kind and the dollar burrito frito burrito is great
