I got fired from this Subway in 2004, because I called off on my third day to see Return of the King in Charleston. The manager said I wasn't a team player, which was a fair criticism at the time. I still eat here, even though Subway itself is mediocre. I could eat a sandwich for every meal, and this is a way to get one quick and be able to have real fresh vegetables at the same time. This location is clean, and the employees are friendly enough.

Got an email for April 1st if I buy 2 foot longs I get a 3rd one free. Tried to order online, wouldn’t load. Turned off WiFi (just Incase that was the problem) wouldn’t load. Tried to call to ask about it, no answer. Drove to subway and tried to order again out front , same thing. Wouldn’t work. Waited in line about 30 mins went to pay and I asked about it and they said they couldn’t honor it because it has to be done online. I explained and showed them it wouldn’t work and she said just “that’s weird, we can’t do anything if it’s not ordered online”. The line was already backed up again to the door so I said ok then. Why send out deals of your not going to honor them?

Placed an online order 15 minutes in advance. When I got there they made at least four more peoples orders before starting mine. My online confirmation showed my order was already complete. Did not toast or cut my flatbread footling… extremely disappointed. I would like a refund.

It's a whole lot nicer from probably 10 years ago. But there is a guy in there I think he is the manager or something he was pretty rude to me and the three other people that were in front of me ordering their food we were talking about how rude he was to everybody for no reason at all I guess it was just in a bad mood or something.

F- - I came in about 1130 there was six people ahead of me and I stood in line to order.I was watching the girl making an online order for some big company they ordered like 15 subs. I stood in line watching them make online orders.by the time I got up to the counter all the ingredients is empty in the in the stand there.I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. the girl behind the counter said she was out of sweet onion sauce and she was out of chicken teriyaki and I just walked out. I will never set foot in that building again. That was the worst experience I have ever had at any subway.

The sandwiches are just as you expect but the manager working that Tuesday was really rude and seemed to resent the customers.. I had no complaints and he was ranting about the number of customers there.

Small place not enough seating for the social distancing guidelines and they don't offer the out side eating

The manager is very unprofessional and rude. He acts like it’s going to kill him to do his job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Will continue to file complaints on him, until something is done about it. I’ve even had co-workers talk about how arrogant and condescending he was towards them, and that’s pretty bad considering you’re only in contact for maybe a brief 20 mins, to make a freaking sandwich. DO BETTER! Hire someone else!

The woman working had so many orders to fill but was working at such an impressive pace. 5/5. Give her a raise immediately
