The salad was not fresh. Some of the lettuce was brown. They charge a lot for the small amount of food that's provided.

I have been to many hotels and my stay at The Delta was an awful experience especially for my family. The staff was rude and unaware of what was going on right in front of them. I know and understand situations "due to covid" but wow

Delta Hotels in Downtown Huntington is an extraordinary hotel. I stayed there for one night and thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the view from the room was great! The room had 2 TVs with YouTube, Netflix, etc. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, this is an incredible hotel to stay at in Huntington!

We stayed at this hotel twice, each a week apart. If I had written this review after the first stay, I would have given this location the top scores possible. Unfortunately, our second stay was definitely less fabulous. For context, we travel around 80 nights a hear and have elite status at both Marriott and Hilton. The good - the front desk staff is amazing! Especially Skylar, Sean, and Cheyenne. They are fun, personable, helpful...really wonderful, welcoming employees! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The laundry facilities were a huge help as well. The bad - the staff at the bar/breakfast area in the morning, specifically the young man who thought it was a good idea to blare MTV at full volume and stare at it constantly while ignoring all the guests. The content was SO inappropriate I could no believe any manager would allow it. I finally asked them to turn it down because there was literally no corner of the lobby area I could find to drown it out. If this had been our only experience at the hotel, we would NEVER stay there again. Thankfully, the other standouts offset it. But seriously...either retrain that guy or fire him.

Clean hotel, conveniently located in downtown area of Huntington. Free, ample parking, walking distance to shopping and dining and the Ohio River waterfront. We will stay again the next time we visit Huntington. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Showers are excellent, high pressure and just right to wash the Ohio Valley humidity off of you after you are out exploring the gem of a city Huntington is.

We visited Huntington primarily to visit THE LOST escape game (separate review). This Delta hotel was in the best location. Right in the middle of the Third street downtown area, Delta is perfectly located to provide easy access to all the shopping/restaurants/river parks/activities you want in Huntington. There was ample parking at the hotel. The lobby was very nice with a bar in the large atrium. We had one of their larger rooms and it was a massive space. Although we were right at the elevator (requested) we were not bothered by hall noise at all. Everything was quite comfortable and in good repair. We spent an hour at the bar and tried their nachos. As I write this, most of the service/hospitality industry is struggling with employee shortages, so I cannot knock Delta for having newer employees. For us in the summer of 2021, attitude goes a LONG way and all the employees at Delta were outstanding in their personality and desire to treat guests well. We plan on returning to Huntington soon and will stay at Delta. No need for us to look anywhere else.

Awesome staff...9.95 breakfast buffet with made to orders & best scones in town made fresh...Sinful

Great Breakfast!

The price was a little bit higher than I had thought it should have been. Decent food. Just pricey.
