This is a great quick serve spot in downtown. It's ideally located near several hotels, a convention center, and other numerous shops. They deliver exactly what they advertise: a fresh, hot, custom made, personal pan pizza in 180 seconds. There is a plethora of fresh ingredients including arugula, garlic, red and white sauces, pesto, chicken, spices, and more. The restaurant has a cute outdoor seating area, and plenty of indoor spots too. I've tried 3 different kind of pizzas here and none have disappointed.If I had to offer a criticism, it would be their Pepsi fountain machine that's supposed to be like Coke's freestyle. It's no where as good or varied like the freestyle. The Pepsi one only let's you choose Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Crush, and Sierra Mist. You can add some strawberry, lemon, or orange flavors to the usual beverages, but Pepsi really needs to expand their restaurant beverage options to stay competitive. Instead, give Pepsi a pass and choose a local beer at the check out counter. The IPA was excellent. This is now a regular spot when visiting to see Marshall trample the opposition.
The service was dismal, albeit friendly. My son's food was burnt to a crisp. The staff's mannerisms we're lackluster, but when I returned my son's food, the manager on duty was very nice and replaced everything. I don't believe I'll go there again.
Pizza was very good and decent beer selection. For a first time visitor the selections can be intimidating, staff was marginally helpful.
Finally took the time to try Rapid Fire Pizza. I am more than pleased by the results. From start to finish, the staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The pizza was done in record time. It was delicious and more than met my expectations. (I’m from NYC and appreciate good “pie”!). I heartily recommend and will certainly return to this establishment!! Bravissimo!

Look the place has a great idea of a subway inspired pizza joint with many options and several unique types of pizza. But the employees are very unenthusiastic and half of the time they’ll get your order wrong. When I received the boneless wings there was no sauce on them and they were poorly cooked. The restaurant wasn’t necessarily the problem but instead the people behind the counter.
