The food was great the price not so much
Ordered for delivery the other night, pizza was a bit undercooked but was good other than that.
Super fast considering it was the Superbowl! Was also surprised that my food wasn't cold when I picked everything up. Very friendly staff I give very well deserved round of applause ? ???????
I love there food
I love Papa Johns, I really do. The food is delicious and I believe deserving of the price tag that comes along with it. However, I cannot deny that the service level as of late has been rather disappointing. Of the four times that I have recently purchased food from Papa Johns, only once has my order been fulfilled and delivered sufficiently. The first and most severe problem, I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, a cookie, and two 2 liters of soda for a family gathering. The food was incorrectly delivered to a house that shares an address with me, but in the West end. A common enough mistake, and one that I can look past. What I can't look past is the fact that I was promised a replacement order within 40 minutes, that took over an hour and twenty minutes to be delivered. Of course, by the time it had arrived, I already cancelled the order. Next, I placed an order at 5:30, and was told it would be ready by 6:30. I arrived in the restaurant at 4:00, only to find that my order hadn't even been placed in the oven yet. And finally, tonight, I placed an order for two pizzas and a papadia. One pizza and the papadia arrived, as did an additional item that I did not order, while my second pizza did not. I had to wait for an admittedly short amount of time for the second pizza arrived.I understand the stress of the food service industry. It's a sector riddled with problems, among them how employees are treated. It's this knowledge that I continue to order from Papa Johns, forgiving past mistakes, but it's a little grating when each attempt is met with other problems. I won't abandon Papa Johns just yet, it's a childhood classic of mine, but I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't let down by the quality of service in recent times.
1. Will not deliver to house and I am less than one mile from their location.
