Normally this restaurant does pretty good but the other day, my husband ordered sweet and sour chicken and they did not give us any sweet and sour sauce. My husband thought they were going to compensate us on our next meal there. But their idea of compensation is to tell my husband tonight, if we order sweet and sour chicken, we can have some sweet and sour sauce. Not at all satisfied with this solution.
I have eaten here a few times. The quality is really hit and miss. Some days it's great, others not so much. For lunch most of the hot food selection is chicken. Actually, it mostly all chicken, with the exception of sushi, and a few other items.Dinner brings a little more variety, but in the sense of seafood. It's busy for the most part, more so during dinner. The price is more worth it for lunch for me because I don't really like seafood. They do serve a lot more seafood at dinner time, which brings up the price a little.I paid $13.88 for the dinner buffet, with a drink. Then on another day I paid $12.78 for the lunch buffet, with a drink.I think they should separate the seafood from the non-seafood, it is mixed in the hot holders. This can be a turn down for those who are allergic, or who don't like seafood. To me, the atmosphere provides a basic feel. Maybe a little cramped.
Best Chinese in Huntington! Food is always fresh, restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. My family meets there on Sundays and it's never a problem to get a table for 10 of us.
Food is so good and the prices are great. Super friendly staff probably best food experience I've had in huntington.
This buffet is well maintained. The food is kept hot and replenished often. The sushi was fresh and appealing. They have a pretty good variety to choose from. The salad bar had plenty to choose from and the veggies were fresh and crispThey have deserts including ice cream.I was there for lunch and will return to try out the dinner buffet. The service was good tooI will give them a big thumbs up!
Usually get take out but have dined in. Food is consistently good. Price goes up a bit after 5-6pm but still affordable. Staff is always super nice.
I have been eating here off and on for nearly 20 years. The food is not the best, but generally fairly good. I ordered takeout for the family today, and 3 of 4 items we ordered had some issues. The black pepper chicken was inedible. We called to let them know there were issues, and I told them very clearly that I am tired of the takeout being lower quality than the dine in. I am not looking for a discount, I simply will not order again.Suddenly, the person I am speaking with, the "manager", no longer understands English as well. Struggling to keep my cool, I explained it again. Then, I am offeres a discount. After telling them twice I do not want a discount.Bad food, bad customer service, I will not return.
So today I ordered the usual $50 worth. The Singapore Mei fun I ordered with no vegetables and easy on spices as I usually do. So get my delivery and it is loaded with vegetables and the meat is raw. This place has to have new owners because the other owner would have never sent anything out like I got today.
Good service. Always checking our drinks and the food was very delicious. Buffet was full too.
I went there tonight I fixed a plate off the buffet got to the table found a big long hair in my shrimp. I tried to tell them no one cared. Then they send a guy with the plate for me to explain what was wrong. So I didn't bother to get anything else still charged for my drink . No waitress came back to the table until it was time for the bill to be paid
