Went through drive through. Shorted me one sandwich and one hash brown, the sausage McMuffin with egg was cooked so hard I could have used it as a hammer. I checked my bag at the window before leaving thank goodness, so I got my food that was left out, after they checked my receipt. I wish I had taken a bite or at least tried to, so they could have replaced my sandwich. Yesterday they advertised they had the Strawberry and blue raspberry frozen drinks, but they said they didn't have them yet! The missing food and the overcooked sandwich is a common occurrence at this McDonald's. Sad.
I am not a McDonald's fan so it's hard to give a 5 star but they do have a few things I'll eat. Their employees are young & pleasant. They are usually in a cheerful mood & add a little fun to your visit.
I'm basing today's rating on my most recent experience at this particular Mcds. As a general rule, I avoid McDs. Any McDs. Occasionally I will get a breakfast sandwich, which is edible, but Tudors is far and away a better choice for breakfast. However, the other day I was in a hurry on my lunch hour and decided to run through and grab a fish sandwich. No one was in either drive through lane, so I pulled right up to the speaker and waited....for at least two minutes if not longer. This is not an exaggeration. Then, another car pulled up at the other lane and they began to immediately take their order. I said "Thanks!" into the speaker and went on my merry way. It is quite often that the service here is poor, and this was another classic example. And no, when I drove back by after grabbing something at Foodfair, cars were getting orders taken at both lanes. There was no problem with the speakers.
I went to this McDonald’s and got 2 Sprites and a Mocha Frappé and one of the Sprites had basically no ice and the Mocha Frappé cup was cracked and spilled all over me and my car and after going through the drive thru again, they just double cupped it
I hate the Service . Missing food items every time. There as rude as can be. I hate their food. And they deserve a 0 1/2 radius!
Yet again they messed up my order. It was right on the receipt. But the chicken sandwich I received wasn't the spicy version.
This place has gone down hill so bad in the last couple years! It's horrible, food always cold can't get coffee made right, and the employees they have are so rude and don't care what they pass out the window. It's worth driving the extra few miles to the next one... WASTE OF MY TIME and thought it was convenient sense It's only a mile away from my home. GET IT TOGETHER YOU GUYS!
Love their tea wont buy it anywhere else. And there fries. Need to cut back on the amount of salt they use though. Other than that happy place.
McDonald's has a lot of different foods to choose from love it.
Food was good.... didn’t get my happy meal.... had to turn around and go back and get it....
