It appears they hate their customers- closed at 2 pm on a Saturday for dine in? Glad you are still collecting money at the drive thru. ? Too bad there's nowhere but the car to eat it. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else!
Day shift is good but night shift is terrible. Nights usually have younger people like teens working and they just play n goof off. Orders get messed up 98.5% of the time if that gives you an idea.
Arby's has great roast beef sandwiches. They also have great fish sandwiches as a seasonal item.
This Mc Donald's is on the upper end of Kanawha City on mccorke ave by go mart and is far greater than the one down by memorial hospital
Doesn't close till 1045 yet closed the Drive through before 10. This just happened. Didn't tell anyone over the intercoms. Left their drive through full of people. I have been waiting there forever with my mobile order. They always do this here. Close when they want. Give you the food they want to give you. And always cold. The manager also has Zero customer service skills and I feel like McDonald's would do some good to look into the well being of their store. It's a shame they let it get that bad
Worst service, have gotten the wrong order several times in the drive thru and the managers don't want to do anything about it. Called in and they still didn't help. Will find another location, not returning.
Nice people. Just hate the drive thru and I don't understand why the inside isn't open yet when anyone can go into any other restaurant and sit down. But.... not McDonald's...they have been closed since the beginning of covid.
Just went there at 2:15p today and ordered a mighty meal double cheese burger and and a 6 pc happy meal and we got a 4 piece and we told the girl at the speaker she said she fixed it but she didn’t and we ordered 2 double cheese burgers and 2 large cokes and we only seen 2 large coke on screen so when we went to the window to put we asked her if she got 2 large cokes she said yes and when we got the receipt it didn’t have 2 cokes. Then we tried asking the guy at the second window about the coke and we needed ketchup but he was to busy talking to two other girls that work there he just tossed us our food didn’t even say thank u just handed our food while he was talking to those girls. Was the worst experience ever will never go back there again.
Order a Coke you get a Diet Coke. Order a Diet Coke you get a Coke.Also they put bacon on my filet o' fish? why??? I said no tartar sauce not add bacon slices...A lot of horse playing from the employees as well. Which is ok but not very professional when you are preparing my drinks.
Line was long and took a while but food was hot and order was correct
