Customer service, people!!! I can not tell you just how important the words please and thank you are, or a simple smile, or just showing some kind of interest in your job. At the end of the day our customers are the ones putting the money into your/our store(s) so you get a paycheck every two weeks. Long story short this location is in desperate need for a Hospitality Specialist.

Just took my 1 year old into the mcds on 5th in the west end , and they made my child’s day , they were all beyond friendly and made her smile ear to ear thank you for brightening her day.
Out of all the McDonald's I have visited and the ones in the Huntington area, the one on 1st Street has the nicest and most helpful of employees.
I picked up a Grubhub delivery from here, they have signs in the windows saying “DT only”. Waited in the drivethru for ten minutes only to be told I needed to come inside for Grubhub pick up. What’s so hard about handing something through a window?
Worse visit I have ever had at this place the burgers were messy and I repeated my order 3 times because the person working the drive through seemed to be very confused my order took way to long to place we asked for no onions on 2 of our burgers concidering my wife is allergic to onions and all the burgers were covered with them and the fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting and the soda pop was the only thing that was right about our order I called to let them know of the mistake and I asked for a manager by her name because I worked for her and seen her in the drive through window so I know for a fact she was there and the girl who answered the phone lied and said she was not working at that time (I knew better of it ) the meat on the burgers was also dry like it had been cooked the day before or something and the workers seems like they are always confused or using some green leafy substance that they all seem to smoke we will not be going back to this location anytime soon and the only reason that I gave them one star is because that's the worst and lowed rating that I could choose
This store closes 30-45 minutes early everyday some of us work evening and midnight shifts and this has been an inconvenience for months. Please change the store hours online if this store closes at 10 or enforce your current hours.
Terrible drive through service for working people just like them.
French fries were not as fresh and hot! Most of the time they are. Iced mocha barely had chocolate syrup! But I did drink it! I love their iced mocha when it’s done right!
Pretty good store. They get a lil busy. They got a few golden employees i love to see
