Overall operation is a bit confusing for the staff, other staff seat you and the waiter or waitress is unaware you are there until you have been waiting a while. However once you have been waited on the service Rocks and the staff are extremely friendly / and the food is great for the Cheap Price - fix the small problems and this business would always be packed. Keep up the great work with your staff and food ?
This is a place I don't often think about going but we had a pretty good experience recently. Nice outside eating area, the server was new and they were understaffed but she was so sweet and quick! The beer menu is horribly confusing- it's either a really long list online or an app that isn't updated (a lot of the kegs said 100% and they were out) the poor server ran back and forth three times.But-- the bang bang shrimp and the boneless wings were fantastic, they did have Devils Anse if you want an IPA and the service was great!
I visit this restaurant often when I am in town visiting family. The food is always good but lately I have been noticing that it is not as clean as it used to be. I think some remodeling is need as some things look old and worn out. Perhaps a face lift and better cleaning would help!
The Coach’s Room was reserved on Friday May 27, 2022 for our grandson’s graduation party. The room was just right for our party. The food was awesome. Our server (Caroline) was out of this world. Everyone was very accommodating. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your party our for just an evening out for dinner.
I was very pleased with the food and drinks but I was not pleased with how one of the host said a curse word while I was sitting in a round-booth with my child it was the dark-haired girl. And I walked up to get the menus and the Milhouse greeted me and asked the girl house to grab him a menu and she was talking to somebody and ignored him that was the blonde one. Not to mention they were on their phones when I walked in also .Other than that happening it was very nice .
We were in town for the state wrestling tournament. Over 200 wrestlers and their coaches and family all got break at one time! The place was packed fast with groups of 20+. Even though we were seated quickly, and our server (Austin Johnson) was excellent! As a former server I am hard to please but this hound man was the Best! Fast delicious food, great prices, fun upbeat atmosphere! This is a must see while in Huntington!
Just ate here with a few friends and I will be honest the waitress did an excellent job on trying to diffuse the situation. We waited almost 2 hours for our food to come out and she made sure to check in on us and apologize multiple times. The food was good as well but the management was very poor. The waitress said that he would come over to discuss with us and give us a discount and he never came over and when she came back she said he was busy with another issue but the said manager was sitting at the bar watching march madness. After we got our checks there was no discount on it and while we were leaving the manager just seemed to stand there and not say a single word to us. Please hire more competent managers or even promote our waitress to manager because she clearly has better management skills then he will ever have.
My son came in today and was treated very rudely by the staff. He gave his ID to the staff who basically told him he was a liar and it was a fake. He told them his birthday. I assume they couldn't do the math because the staff member still didn't think it added up. He called me to ask if I would send a copy of his birth certificate. While we were on the phone, I could hear a staff member harassing him and making fun of him. He was with a large group. One, you do not embarrass or harass your guest. Two, when I sent the birth certificate. The staff member changed his tune and apologized when he matched the date of birth. Three, the staff needs training on the new WV drivers license. They are not hard like the old ones. By now, I would think they have seen plenty of them come through your establishment. It is a busy weekend, I get it. But after my son showed that he was not a liar and his ID was real. He didn't order anything and left. I would suggest customer service training for your staff.
