So a couple weeks back I placed an order after work for delivery with no mushrooms got my order and covered in mushrooms. I was told since it was so close to them closing they could not send a replacement order out and she offered to apply a credit. The credit amount was less than what my order was and I refuse to pay another delivery fee since I paid for an order with no mushrooms this was a mistake on you guys part it should not be my responsibility to meet any requirements for this order. I usually do not complain if my order is messed up but I can not eat mushrooms. Do that night I ended up having to pay to order from another pizza place and thank god they were able to get my order correct
Guy in the window answered then wouldn't allow me to pick up through the window. He then made me park in the front to pick up the pizza which he just handed to me over the counter. Extremely rude and treated me and my husband like we were inferior. When we asked why he didn't even answer, he simply shut the window on us.
As a long time customer of Marcos, I am not happy with their policy of no cash delivery to hotels. I’ve always paid cash with never a problem, and do not ever give out my debit/credit card number over the phone. The person on the phone told me that is their policy. Said he’s been there a month and it’s been that way since he’s been there. I ordered as recently as 2 weeks ago; no problem with cash.I like their food but other restaurants have good food also. Congrats Marcos, you lost a loyal customer.

Marco's used to be really good, but it started going downhill when the owner became political in response to the COVID outbreak. Because the job market is really good, compensation is rising fast. Marco's was failing to compete, so they couldn't find workers. Instead of taking responsibility and raising compensation, they hopped on Facebook and blamed government "handouts". Meanwhile, the corporation had no problem taking its own $245,576 handout from Uncle Sam. I'm pretty sure pizza deliveries never stopped.

This just in. Unless you live in an area known for pizza (e.g. Chicago, NY) you're going to have a very difficult time beating Marcos. Some friends of mine bought a franchise several years ago (they now have 3). We had a local pizza place, long established, with their very own taste, but the quality and consistency of the Marco's Pizza is second to none.
We love Marcos! Always good and now has gluten free options
