The staff is cool, just be polite and they'll reciprocate. I've seen some of em be rude but who cares, they could be goin through it. This place has heart.
Very slow service food was cold had to ask for the order to be filled properly staffed with several people just walking around like they were lost. I'm sorry I don't like giving bad review's but it was bad to say the least.
Unfortunately this KFC is just not good. Never will tell you when they are out of something, they just put something random in your bag. This has happened multiple times here.
First they messed up my order and had me wait for 30 min and never let me know anything. Then I get home after leaving half my order and the chicken is still very much raw
These people probably weren’t too happy with me, but it definitely never showed. Had a few issues, but they were politely taken care of with complete courtesy. Day shift was sooo nice, and helped us with everything we needed. The food was great. And the lady at the front register was sooo sweet to us. Definitely recommend.
calling corporate in the morning...always giving the wrong orders out. and not answering the phone to correct it...taking the phone off the hook to avoid the calls.
Food was good but the staff just kept complaining at my order and they didn't have any sweet tea nor cup carriers and overall feel was complete disarray.
Watched employee taking dirty water and pour it on her counters, i am assuming to clean it, and watched all the chicken grease and nastiness drip onto the cups. She then proceeded to use the cups for drive thru orders. Stood for my own pickup order through uber for 22 mins without any acknowledgement. Tried the drive thru and the nasty girl told me to come in. Got my money back and never going back there again. They were fully staffed and.
Food was good except biscuits was hard.
Woman working tonight didn’t even listen to my order, was extremely rude to me in drive thru, handed me the wrong food. THEN when I came back through and told her my order was wrong, she rudely told me to go through, had my bag held out the window, I took it and she had the window closed before I could even ask if it was correct, never got a “I’m sorry about that” or anything close. This is not my first time encountering a rude employee at this store, but I promise it will be my last. Do better KFC.
