This is not a complaint about the food itself but the delivery service. Last year it took over 2 hours for them to deliver a cold sub sandwich. The manager was rude when I canceled my order after waiting over 2 hours. I stopped ordering from them. Now lets fast forward over one year later, 4/1/22 I decided to give them another chance cause I love their subs. Guess what? Over an hour and a half later no sub, I called the store and the manager and he was very rude and 10 minutes later delivery driver showed up and when I said something to her she said "I don't know what you expect, we do our best with only one driver". I only live 10 blocks from the store itself, but I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard for me to get there. And on top of that they charge a delivery fee for that kind of poor service. I will never recommend Jimmy John's to anyone!!! Remember word of mouth will spread faster than this review. #NomoreJimmyJohn's
Subs are amazing . Would rate 5 stars but the seem to have issues with staff .. drivers they need more of them . Sometimes food comes within 15 to 20 minutes other times could be 2 hours
I used to love Jimmy Johns. Place was seriously one of my favorite places to get a fast bite. But the last 3 times I have ordered delivery from them, It has been more than an hour for food to be delivered. This evening, it was over 2 hours. I ordered my food at 9:18 PM, and as of this writing it is 11:28 PM and my order has still not been delivered. Keep in mind that they will not deliver to your address if it is more than 2 miles away from the store. I called the store, and they said it had left, and that the driver was late for work (this is also not the first time for them to tell me that). I miss the days of the "Freaky fast Delivery". But nonetheless, I wont be ordering delivery from them ever again. If I'm nearby, and I want something quick, I'll stop in and get it, but never again on the delivery.
My daughter loves their sandwiches. Parking is pretty easy when I've been there. We always pick up. They are very quick and seem friendly enough.
I ordered 5 mini sandwich boxes for a company event online the day before the event. I called the store after to confirm that the order was there and for that it was for the next day at non. it is now 1:20 and have yet to receive the order. Phone calls have been made by myself and a supervisor to see when they will be delivered. A coworker had to go to the store to stand there while they made the order. Very bad business practice will never order from them again.
I have ordered here a handful of times and this was the worst. i ordered a delivery and waited over an hour and a half for my sandwich. This isn't the first time. I have got my sandwich once in 30 minutes all other times your wait is well over an hour. For a sandwich. Wont go back any more.
The food is always good. Today the staff was playing loud obscene music containing the f, n and b words. Very inappropriate for a family restaurant. The staff needs instruction in professional and appropriate behavior for people interacting with the public
Great food and freaky fast. If there is an issue they are super polite and fast to fix it.
Very disappointed. Bread not only low quality but hard as a ROCK. Staff was very nice tho. Terrible the way they keep their bread un fresh. Yuck.
It’s happened multiple times when I order, should’ve learned my lesson. Takes 1-2 hours to get one sandwich delivered, half the order is never there. If you call the store to complain about paying for a full meal and only getting half of it, they are rude. Last time I am ordering from them. If I could give a zero I would.
