Pizza and subs are decent. Customer service isn’t all that but their wings are absolutely disgusting. Fair prices.
sadly! I used to eat here weekly. The last two times I have eaten here my food has been less than par. My husband and I always give 2 chances after they mess up because maybe they just had a off night. Sad to say I probably won't return to this Giovanni's anytime soon.
Staff were friendly And food was on par. -2 stars for dine-in being closed, and blaming it on the pandemic/staff shortages.

Very nice staff. Extremely helpful and they ALWAYS get my food right, and in an acceptable time frame. Although they're short handed, they're still awesome! Only one thing,, it was freezing cold the last time I was in there. They were all wearing their coats and I was freezing cold waiting for my food.. owner needs to turn the heat on, it's WINTER!! Burrr
Ordered to steak sandwiches and fries . The counter girl suggested we replace the fries with cheese sticks as they did not have any fries. This meal was terrible , the cheese sticks tasted freezer burnt and the lettuce on the sandwiches was wilted and old. I will not waste my time nor money there again.
Pizza was good, when the young lady was about to get it's, she was nice the problem is we called and ordered, were told 25 minutes, we came in a BB out 35-40 min. Then it took about another 15 to get the food to us. I assume t he ey were short handed, but this would have been told to us when we called in the order. Lord knows that Giovanni's is not inexpensive pizza, so they can afford to higher help. Be honest with customers or higher more please.
