Ordered a bunch of sandwiches online to go. Got it all home to find out the two tuna sandwiches had almost zero tuna on them. Honestly we couldn't find the tuna...there might have been a tablespoon of meat there. Sounds like others have had the same problem at this location. Not a one star rating because the other sandwiches were fine. Buyer beware.
Clean and friendly. I have not been to this location in over a year due to the workers looking trashy and the sandwiches were made sloppy…. Today I decided to try again and glad I did. I was very pleased, Jeremy made my Italian Sub and it was delicious. He was clean looking, very friendly, he took his time and the sandwich was not sloppy. Jeremy definitely deserves a raise!!!
Service was very slow, almost 15 minutes for 2 subs with only 2 other people in the store at the time. Coke machine was out of a third of its products and the coke tasted more like carbonated water with just enough syrup for coloring. Not a good experience at all. The sandwich was good, but the quality of the sandwich was not worth the overall experience.
This place is good! Food was okay, they didn’t have pickles so that upset me, it personally isn’t my first choice for a sub place. The place is clean. The staff was okay, they did ask me the same question multiple times but that’s okay! And didn’t mind when I refilled my cup like 4 times.
Firehouse Subs is a good place to get a good sandwich. They donate some of their profits to firefighters and first responders to make the community they are a part of a better place. There is a FireHouse app that you can earn rewards if you buy a certain number of sandwiches to get a free sandwich. There sandwiches such as the Virginia Honey Ham are very good.
owners won't honor fundraiser coupon!! this coupon was purchased to support elementary school children, and they said they got a new owner and can't accept it? looks like based on reviews this isn't a new thing at all and is just really disgusting behavior.
Attempted to use a corporate sponsored coupon from an Entertainment book that used the address of this location as a “participating vendor” valid through the end of 2022, but was told the owner isn’t accepting the coupons. In addition to this, they were out of several items on their menu. And they were out of napkins?Not a great experience.
Food once was good but now it's not good. This location can't seem to get my orders correct. Waste if money and a long wait.
I work right next to it and we order food all the time. Lots of money going to this place. It’s usually not bad, well tonight done it in for me. I paid $13.xx for this monstrosity. I said no pickle spear. I get it open and guess what’s laying on my sandwich. A pickle poorlywrapped. It gets better, this is all the meat they put on it. But wait. Someone was too lazy and got a chunk of onion in the meat. I threw it in the trash. Never again
