Recipes not consistent. Often I get the Caramel Craze...once it pretty much was cream and I couldn't taste coffee or caramel. I still go there but I am taking my chances.
This is the most unorganized place ever. Half the time they can't open on time with no manager there, slow with constant order mess ups, it is one hot mess of a restaurant for sure!
Says they are open at 6:00 am, however, at 6:37 am lights were off, people were moving around inside but no one was willing to help us. We went two other times and they were extremely slow. The staff was friendly though.
I usually come to Dunkin multiple times a week. On 5/30/22 I placed a mobile order, when I went to pick it up. One of my drinks were made wrong, when I told them and even provided my mobile order receipt of what I was supposed to get. The employee started yelling, cussing, and arguing with me saying I didn’t know how to order and etc. and I clearly showed her what I have order versus the drink she gave me. I order an ice latte and she gave me an ice coffee. I don’t know but arguing with customers when their trying to show you. That you made a mistake instead of fixing your mistake don’t set well with me .
you got about a 50% chance to get coffee that dosent taste like its been left out over night or burnt. ive refunded so may grub hub orders due to burnt coffee taste or burnt or "hard" bagels lol. Dunkin is normally good just not this location...
I just love this place good coffee and a fresh dozen donuts. There's nothing better.
We went in on 03/19/2022, sometime in the morning. The person attending us has a horrible attitude. I try to understand when people have a bad day but when you act like the customer and your job is the problem in your life I tend to lose the reflection. Anyway, she was short, rude, and didn’t listen to my order. The coffee was wrong. Since there were no labels on the donuts I wasn’t sure what I was ordering when it came to the donuts. I couldn’t ask her because all she did was roll her eyes.
Showed up at little after 6 to pickup donuts for meeting. Doors locked. Waited till 615 before leaving. Saw movement but only drive thru was open. If you advertise being open at 6 then you should be open. For the future, will be stopping elsewhere if requiring an early morning pickup
normally never have a problem usually always friendly but the guy who served me today was so rude he explained they didn’t have the brown sugar oat milk latte so i simply asked for just a oat milk latte with french vanilla and he got very upset and said “we don’t have brown sugar” and then gave me a dirty look for ordering a single donut with my drink
Food and service was good but they didn't have the one thing my husband went for, Apple Fritter. ?
