Ordered from here three days in a row. On the third day food took FOREVER! I called a couple days later and asked what they would do for me bc the food arrived cold. I was told that according to them my food was FREE that day!! Only thing is I PAID THE DRIVER IN FULL PLUS TIP. $30 total. He never said anything about me getting it for free. When I stated the money was obviously stolen, the trashy woman with a cigarette hoarse voice told me I was just trying to get more free food. At which point I informed her that I DID NOT GET ANYTHING FREE and that I had paid!!! Then she told me to write my review and then HUNG UP ON ME. All bc they delivered me cold food, took my money and then said it was comped. Oh and also the driver has been working there 11 years and never stole anything smh. Trashy place STAY AWAY!!
They are always serving fast and good food, and their service is equally great. My deliver driver Jimmie was the best one that I've had. He was super kind and even picked up a mirror I had place outside rhat had fallen. 5 stars because of Jimmie's service. 4 star for the food.
The customer service is absolutely wonderful, however the last 2 times I ordered from the the lava crunch cakes and my sandwiches were a Lil over-cooked. I ordered again tonight and I'm hoping theyre not too done. If so I probably won't order from there again. Like I said the customer service is great, I wasn't offered a replacement or discount either times though.
Not only is this good food man but these guys do great things for the homeless in my area. Big shout out to Dominos on 20th St!!! ?

The two young ladies working, one was named Heather and the other who brought my order to me were seriously the sweetest!!! Best service I've received!!! I work customer service and staff and product shortages can make things inconvenient and extra stress on staff, these women were so kind and it's rare to find during this time!!!! The only dominos I'll go to!!!
