Made me cry, genuinely great food, there is nothing better to defecate

Drive-thru service worker wouldn't take an order at the speaker/menu. Tried to communicate through it with her at least 10 times for 8-10 minutes, before driving to the window to place order. When there, she refused to take the order and told us we needed to go back to the end of the line, which had at least 6 cars by then, lining up down 5th Avenue, which was a dangerous situation... so, we said "why? And thank you for no help." Anywho, wasted a total of 25 minutes for nothing and had to get food somewhere else. So, the entire experience was terrible and I can't make an honest review of their food, because they wouldn't serve it! I'm extremely disappointed.

1 out of 3 items ordered were correct, the add-ins I paid extra for were looked over I guess, I ordered online and arrived after the predicted completion time, and just then started my order. Whats the point of ordering ahead if its only started when I got there. If thats the case, the the app is useless except for points...which is not worth the extra 15-20 minute wait. Tbh, they seemed clueless about what they're roles were as team members.

Closed the doors early and wouldn’t take our order after we sit in the drive through for 30 minutes.

Good food! It's DQ so what you expect is what you get but the reason for the 3 stars is slow service and nonchalant attitude towards customers, probably because young employees. Still chk straps and blizzards you can not go wrong!

Food was good. Booths needed a good cleaning like in the cracks and crevices. There was a terrible odor. Idk why DQ's are never updated. Any not new building needs a good cleaning/scrubbing.

Not a happy experience. No water at the drink station, employees are spread too thin, and the food was subpar. I understand the hard times right now, but customer service should be top priority at all times.

Went to Dairy Queen tonight and asked for a burger with extra onions.I was told they had no onions due to them being recalled for salmonella.OK. So, I get home and look at my burger, and there they are... ONIONS!I called the store and the Mgr told me they had gotten a new batch of onions in this morning, and the workers were just repeating what they'd been told earlier. It was close to 7pm when I ordered my food. They should have known by then. Anyway, I didn't believe the mgr.I took the onions off, but I hope my burger wasn't contaminated by them. I didn't feel like driving all the way back to return it.

Best burger I have ate in a long time

The food was fresh and the cashier was very nice
