I can not give this place a 0 so I give it a 1, begrudgingly. Their two for WINSDAY special is very confusing. I called to clarify and the employee was very rude. Said it started Wednesday but it doesn’t start until the next day. I thought I’d be able to use it tomorrow at midnight. Thanks dp dough. And once they gave me wings with no ranch. Who does that? More like two for LOSEday.
Food was great as always!!!COSTUMER SERVICE IS POOOOR! Was clarifying my order over the phone, guy says (yelling…“ YEAH I GOT THAT WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT?!”) and hung up on me as I was saying thank you. Then I get there to pay and he walks up and says, “whatcha need” I politely say, I would like a cookie, sweet tea, and my Togo order please. Before I can tell him my order name or number, guy says VERY SARCASTICALLY, “AnD tHe oRdEr naMe isSsSs?!?!?Very poor service from him. I tried to tip, and he says “It didn’t give me the option this time”They weren’t even busy.Also, the DP DOUGH Delivery driver is absolutely insane, almost drifting each corner, running red lights, and almost hit me on my motorcycle the other day. APPALLING. Luckily for them the food is amazing or I would absolutely never come back. I will be reaching out to the owner and updating my review per an apology…
We order from DP Dough regularly. To go orders are always ready and checkout is quick and easy. Great food, my kids love it. Roni Zone is delish!
As someone who’s in the hospital quite frequently you can’t beat DP Dough. Great food, amazing prices and quick delivery and open late. Checks all the boxes.
